The left keeps pushing identity politics while working Americans suffer. Class issues matter, but Dems would rather divide us by race and gender. Real progress comes from addressing economic disparities, not virtue signaling.

They've ceded that ground though. You can't claim to be for the poor and working class and then try to make US pay for hundreds of thousands of dollars in surgeries and medications for for crazy people who really just need a lobotomy and a padded cell.

They taking advantage of the resentments of misfortune of others to project it to their own political advantage. Communism flourished on this and the results were catastrophic for everyone. This is the easiest way to gain support to be elected to public office in a democracy.
