I’ve been very spoiled, having had an opportunity to see a true master moderator like Charlie Kirk moderate the Adam Smith versus Josh Hammer debate. Besides the deceptive approach over all, I wonder if he has 'big picture syndrome', which is not remembering details, but just retaining a broader sense of the discussion? This can be overcome if your intent is honest, but it is devastating if you are trying to manipuIate reality. You just get owned over-and-over. He tries to be precise, but does not even keep the details straight in his own head. Candace clearly has (1) the big picture, and (2) a strong memory, plus (3) is clearly truth-driven. This is the ultimate trifecta of debate performance. If he had 1 and 3, they would have converged much more on what is true. That he also seeming lacks 3, he's left with a fuzzy sense of reality and continually gets owned.
