Likely the most fundamental thing that defines The State is it's sole ownership of the right to use physical force against citizens who break our laws. Her position that persuasion is the same is ludicrous. It is certainly an alternative but it's not enforcement.

"Social shame" is in fact a huge motivating factor that controls female behavior, so she's not wrong. That would work with her and most women. The problem is that she lacks the IQ to see a situation through another person's eyes, specifically through the eyes of a male. Men don't really care about social shame. That's not at all a motivating factor for most men because men are, on average, much higher in the disagreeableness trait than women. They're fine with pissing people off. They're not fine, however, with getting their face beat in. Thus the need for use of force with "enforcement".
