Android 17's UI and Animation Changes come in QPR1 so all your comparing atm is the base which is pretty much a performance/refined version of A16 with a few tweaks. Basically like Leopard to Snow Leopard on OS X.

As soon as they slid down the apple quick settings panel they lost me. Also you notice how they started saying stock Android and all of these because obviously with one or two apps you can turn your Android phone into an Apple UI if you wanted to
