Israel also killed some of its own citizens on October 7, and Hamas’s atrocities cannot justify further alleged war crimes or the seizure of land from innocent civilians in Gaza. The ICC has issued arrest warrants on both sides for a reason.

Food/goods enter mainly through Kerem Shalom from Israel after security inspections, plus some via Egypt's Rafah. Controls target security threats from Hamas, not boots-on-the-ground occupation inside Gaza.
