@JustinOnWeb He absolutely deserves minimum an interim Payment. He needs to be able to live his life now as she wishes. Shocking that this hasn’t been actioned.

Serial sex offender Paul Quinn, 52, thought he had got away with raping a woman after an innocent man spent 17 years in jail for the crime. In 2003 he grabbed the victim on a Salford embankment above the M60, strangled her, raped her twice and bit her so hard he partially severed her nipple. Andrew Malkinson was wrongly convicted and jailed for 17 years — one of Britain’s worst miscarriages of justice. Quinn was finally caught when DNA from the victim’s clothing matched his sample in a 2022 national database search. Convicted of two counts of rape and attempted strangulation at Manchester Crown Court. Sentencing on June 5.
