Anglo American claim to be part of the solution to the #ClimateCrisis, because it mines the metals used in renewables such as solar panels and wind turbines. But its mining practices reveal a pattern: systematic disregard for life, public health, and community well-being. 2/6

A transition to renewable energies in the Global North premised on the plunder and exploitation of the lands and people of the Global South is not #ClimateJustice. It's #GreenColonialism. 4/6
