I think the future of AI-assisted anime is not video models, but image continuity models like GPT Image 2.5. Predicting the next frame conditioned on the previous frame gives you much better control than predicting the next few seconds of video. You also don't need to predict all 24 frames every second. Since anime is basically layered animation, you can keep the same image for 5seconds while only the hand is waving or the eyes are blinking. Frame by frame prediction is also the nature of 2D anime. I've never really get the idea with turning everything into ultra-smooth 60 FPS animation. The problem with this model right now is that the 'invisible watermark' is too visible, which is really annoying. When you do chained generations, the watermark keeps stacking up to the point where it actually makes the project worse. It also has very poor color consistency.

Bezel 1.0 is available now! Show an iPhone on your Mac simply by plugging it in. It has a hyper realistic frame of the connected iPhone making it look amazing. It was such a joy to build a Mac app that makes complex things really simple. Try it for free:

Keegan | Walking Through the Night I wanted it to look like a montage of Keegan’s countless night missions so I made this. It is not based on in-game cutscenes or story content. Every frame is fully animated and rendered by me. #Keegan #cod #CallofDuty #codghosts #animation

A lot has been said about my Mum. Allow me say this. Frame one; That’s my home back in the village. Frame two; It’s the new home I built for my mum after I graduated in 2021 at the age of 21. In my whole generation no one has ever built a permanent house EVER!! Frame Three; Is my happy mum when I took her home and handed over the house to her. Frame four; This is her small business I opened for her in Mukuru slums to sell fruits as she does tailoring and repairing clothes for customers. Remember she has been a house girl for all these years to provide for all of us. So kabla nipate kazi nimtoe apo. The little I got nilimuekea biashara. You can see how happy she is. All said and done. Now you know why it’s a big deal Kupewa affordable house na my DAD William Samoei Ruto, PhD I’ll forever sing the TUTAM gospel Juu me ndio najua what he has done for us. Mambo ni TUTAM!!

Beauty ads just changed forever. Free Claude Opus 4.8 + GPT Image 2 + Seedance 2.0 workflow to spin up 100s of video ads. No studio, no model, no macro lens, no shoot day. Here's what nobody in beauty marketing wants to say out loud. That glossy lip shot. The droplet hitting the surface in slow motion. The whip-pan into the next scene. The crystalline product splash. All the stuff that used to need a real set, a real camera op, and a full shoot day. You can generate every frame of it from a text prompt now, and stitch it into a finished ad before your coffee goes cold. The workflow is almost stupidly simple: → Tell Claude Opus 4.8 the beauty shot you want (dewy skin macro, gloss-on-lips contact, ripple transition, the works) → Claude turns it into a shot-by-shot storyboard plus a prompt for every frame → GPT Image 2 generates the photoreal stills, frame by frame → Seedance 2.0 animates each one into a clip with that buttery slow-mo glide → You drop the clips into HeyOz and assemble the full ad in one place The real unlock is volume. This isn't one hero video. Once the workflow is dialed, you spin up hundreds of variations. Different shades, different models, different hooks, different transitions. The exact creative volume Meta rewards, minus the production cost that used to make it impossible. Old way: one shoot, one look, $10k+, weeks of waiting. New way: a hundred angles, any look, a few dollars each, same afternoon. I wrote up the entire workflow. The Claude storyboard prompt, the GPT Image 2 frame prompts, the Seedance motion settings, the full assembly flow. Completely free, no email gate. Want it? Comment "GLOSS" and I'll send it straight over. (make sure you're following so it can actually reach you)

One of the best scenes in the Odyssey was left out of Nolan’s new movie, so I made it with AI Odysseus sends 3 men ashore on a magical island, where they eat lotus flowers & fall into a blissful trance that makes them forget their troubles He has to drag them back to the ship

Kling 2.6 Motion Capture is so good. It's a huge leap forward. We've been able to do motion capture with AI for a while, but the quality bump finally made this approach useful. Here are the steps: - Get a reference video - record it or get a stock video - Grab the start frame of that video - Edit it using Nano Banana Pro. Ask to replace character and background. - Select the Kling 2.6 Motion Capture model in the video generator on Freepik (now Magnific) - Upload reference video + set the edited start frame - Video prompt can be simple e.g. "Gandalf dancing"

Stealin’ Love is finally out now ❤️‍🩹 It’s the first track from my new project ‘No Hard Feelings’ which you’ll be hearing more of soon 🤩🔥 This is a song I’ve held close to my heart for a while. Weirdly I also think it was the moment that made me realise I wanted to do something so honest, raw & authentically me. Not just because of the sentiment but musically too…

Q: Was there a particularly memorable moment working with the members on this album? Tyler Spry: There’s a video that’s gone around on the Internet when I was writing with V, James Essien and Sean Foreman. That video is not the making of any of the songs that made the album, but it was one of the most fun days I had in the studio with the guys. We were just jumping up and down, singing the songs. I think that it was one of the freest days we had in the studio, creatively. So I do hope that song gets to see the light of day.

…anyways here’s something I made by hand with zero experience bc I was willing to learn through trial and error! I got to harness my creativity in a fun new way and in the end it was all the more precious to me bc of its flaws. Believe it or not the joy is in the process!

Making smart glasses frames was way harder than I thought. Here's what I learned: Materials matter. You can't use normal plastic, because it has to be light and safe to touch your face So we chose TR90 plastic that's made for eyewear Fake gray-market TR90 plastic is common in China. You gotta go to the source and make sure your TR90 is legit Glue is so important. If you put too much glue it will give issues, and add weight. Too little glue, won't stick. That's why it's better for a robot to do it (VIDEO) If the glue doesn't match the material perfectly, then it won't stick. So we tried like 4 glues to get the best one for our smart glasses You design the frame in 3D and then make a tool. A tool is just a metal mold that is shaped like the glasses. You put a bunch of melted plastic (TR90) in the tool, let it cool, and out pops the glasses frame. Do that 10,000 times Tooling leaves seams in the frame, so we figured out where to put the seam so it doesn't cut into your ear when you wear it Obviously this all must be super lightweight because the electronics are heavy The camera needs a certain perspective, so the glasses frame angles the camera down to capture hands in videos Throughout the design process, you can't sacrifice style And now our Mentra Live frames are born

$MEME made me another $100k over the last few days memecoins have genuinely been changing my life lately this cycle is so stupidly easy that even a bad trader should be able to pull $50k out of it in a month and thats being bad at this! if youre still not making money in this market right now you might actually just suck at this lol...

for those that don't grasp how crazy this is GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst vs Ideogram 4.5 and by the way it's likely just simple masking/in-painting but it still surprises me it's not the default for the majority of image editing models. you can tell it's in-painting because you can see the bush around my shoulder slowly turn into a line. it's the same reason my tattoos fade on why side of my arm (the closest to my t-shirt). no excuse for chopping of half of my head though. I'm going to have to try a workflow where I use this on every frame of a video.
