“Animal testing could be ended OVERNIGHT” RFK, Jr. and other leaders can END taxpayer-funded animal torture with the stroke of a pen. How do we know? Because Trump’s Navy Secretary did it. Secretary Kennedy and Jay Bhattacharya, MD, PhD are both longtime supporters of White Coat Waste—so what are...

🚨EXCLUSIVE🚨 MONKEY BUSINESS AT THE PENTAGON WHITE COAT WASTE EXPOSES CRUEL U.S. NAVY MONKEY LAB IN SOUTH AMERICA FUNDED BY US TAXPAYERS A new investigation by the non-profit watchdog White Coat Waste exposes how the Biden U.S. Navy was conducting inhumane experiments on nearly endangered monkeys in Peru and the taxpayer-funded contracts are still active. Pete Hegseth Secretary of the Navy John C. Phelan John Phelan- Please end this taxpayer funded animal abuse. Records show that under the Biden Administration, the Navy issued active contracts to buy dozens of monkeys from the National University of San Marcos in Peru and to fund horrible US taxpayer-funded experiments on them at the Naval Medical Research Unit in Lima, Peru (aka NAMRU South). The exclusive video below released by White Coat Waste and shared first with me shows the monkeys being cruelly tattooed and crated for shipment to the Navy’s NAMRU South lab. The US Navy lab purchases dozens of primates from the species "Nancy Ma’s night monkeys” and sickens them with malaria, diarrhea, and other illnesses. NAMRU South is a Biosafety Level 3 lab, meaning that it infects animals with diseases lethal to humans. White Coat Waste calls it a "high-risk bioagent lab.” The official Navy website states, "Its research areas encompass malaria, dengue fever, diarrheal diseases, sexually transmitted infections, and monitoring antimicrobial resistance." This species of monkeys being used by the Navy is on the international list of threatened species as “vulnerable” whose wild population is declining because of their trafficking and exploitation for cruel research like this. The active Biden-era funding for NAMRU South's primate tests started in 2023 and 2024. White Coat Waste’s report found that one of the Biden Navy contracts to buy more monkeys isn’t scheduled to end until March 2028. There is also a $191,000 DOW grant to experiment on the monkeys at NAMRU South that began in 2023 and that is supposed to end in 2026. When White Coat Waste and I exposed the DOW’s dog and cat testing earlier this year, Navy Secretary John Phelan and Secretary of War Pete Hegseth Secretary of War Pete Hegseth took immediate action to cancel the contracts. The Navy became the first agency to completely ban dog and cat testing, and it was because of our investigations. Secretary Kennedy also just kept his promise to me and White Coat Waste and is closing the CDC’s primate labs. White Coat Waste’s Senior VP Justin Goodman told me this morning, “Taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to fund the Pentagon’s Biden-era monkey business overseas, and we’re urging Secretaries Hegseth and Phelan to quickly cut this wasteful spending like they did with the dog and cat testing we exposed. The solution to the Pentagon’s Peruvian primate testing problem is simple: Stop the money. Stop the madness!" WE MUST SHUT DOWN THE LAB AND END THE FUNDING FOR THIS CRUEL,TAX PAYER FUNDED ANIMAL ABUSE AT THE US NAVY! I’ll be asking the Pentagon about this tomorrow when I have my scheduled interviews with Department of War Officials. Cc: Kingsley Wilson Deputy Press Sec Joel Valdez WATCH THE VIDEO BELOW 👇🏻

WATCH: Wow! Trump-appointed NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya lied to Loomer Unleashed and Charles R Downs today outside of the NATCON conference as he was walking in to give his speech. We confronted him about NIH extending Dr. Fauci’s animal testing grants and issuing tens of millions of dollars in new grants that fund testing on dogs, cats and primates, even though he & his so-called ‘animal testing czar’ @NKleinstreuer said they’re phasing animal testing out & the problem “predates” them. White Coat Waste has the receipts. Bhattacharya told us, “we aren’t doing animal testing.” Then, when we gave Bhattacharya the benefit of the doubt and asked him for proof, he said, “I don’t have time for this.” I love animals, and most Americans love animals too. Animals are pure and deserve our protection from cruel and inhumane, taxpayer funded tests on animals. Most Americans oppose animal testing too. The questions we asked the NIH Director today are important questions. I don’t think President Donald J. Trump is going to take too kindly to one of his tax payer funded Cabinet heads lying and saying he doesn’t have time to talk about cutting wasteful animal testing at NIH. Cutting spending at NIH and holding Fauci accountable are top priorities for President Trump’s administration. President Trump made animal cruelty a FELONY in 2019 via an executive order. Animal cruelty in government labs should also be classified as felony animal cruelty. PS: We know NIH is lying about not testing on animals. White Coat Waste has the receipts. 🚨 Tax Day Animal Testing Countdown: Day 7 🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Under RFK Secretary Kennedy and Jay Bhattacharya Jay Bhattacharya, NIH funded more cruel dog testing LAST WEEK. White Coat Waste White Coat Waste found that since April 1 NIH gave millions in new taxpayer funding for dog testing at this Penn lab and others. NIH Director Jay Bhattacharya NIHDirector_Jay and HHS have been misleading me, the public and the press about this for a year. One year ago, Bhattacharya told White Coat Waste White Coat Waste he would end all dog and cat testing. Last September, he lied to Loomer Unleashed and Charles R Downs and said he wasn’t funding Fauci’s animal labs. Watch the video below.👇🏻 Then, Bhattacharya said in October: “New policy…can’t have beagles that are tortured. That’s just a given. That’s never going to happen.” Beagles are literally being tortured right now because of the officials leading HHS and NIH. They could have stopped it one year ago. However, liberal animal rights groups like PETA whose friends work for NIH are still applauding RFK Jr. and NIHDirector_Jay for saying they will reduce animal testing without actually shutting down these taxpayer funded pet torture labs. President Trump President Donald J. Trump just released his 2027 NIH budget last week that calls for a $5 billion cut at the NIH. Why are NIHDirector_Jay and HHS defying the President and spending even more money on beagle abuse? This is so sad! Director Michael Kratsios Russ Vought Dan Scavino

One NIH bureaucrat has quietly blocked a pillar of the MAHA agenda. “A lot of people haven’t heard of her…” Meet Nicole Kleinstreuer. She is Deputy Director of NIH. And she’s the “animal testing czar.” WCW President Anthony Bellotti just broke down how she has turned the NIH into the “black sheep” of the Trump administration on animal testing: “There’s been a lot of writing about how the Trump administration is the greatest on animals in labs in history.” “And I don’t think that that’s wrong, but I think it’s a little more nuanced than that.” “The EPA, the USDA, the Navy, the Department of War, those are the good guys.” All of those agencies have taken meaningful steps to eliminate taxpayer-funded animal testing. “The black sheep is the NIH.” “And Nicole Kleinstreuer is Exhibit A.” “She’s basically in charge of the animal testing portfolio.” We have uncovered nearly $150 million in new NIH funding approved for cat and dog tests on her and Director Jay Bhattacharya’s watch. And she has repeatedly lied to the public about it. Kleinstreuer—who deleted social media posts praising Anthony Fauci and criticising President Trump—claimed that NIH was working tirelessly to “phase out” dog and cat testing, and that all NIH funding for testing on pets “predated” her tenure. Neither of those claims are true. MAHA, MAGA, and all Americans deserve to know who is behind this betrayal of a key element of the agenda that they supported. The media said it was FAKE NEWS. But, I just spoke with White Coat Waste’s Justin Goodman about the NIH led, taxpayer funded animal torture in labs that the US government tried to cover up, and he has the receipts. NIH funded labs where flies ate beagles’ faces alive. “Researchers” funded by the NIH cut out the dogs’ vocal cords so they couldn’t scream out in pain. These “scientists” locked the dog’s heads in cages in Tunisia and watched as bugs ate the dogs alive. Fauci lied, The Washington Post covered for him, and years later, the media quietly admitted it was all true. You’d think this would have ended with the new Trump admin, but think again! The torture of animals in taxpayer funded labs is STILL happening. NIH is now funding $5 million in renewed experiments where puppies are injected with cocaine, fentanyl, or both, just to see what happens. Some of the dogs die from the overdose. The rest are killed when the researchers are done experimenting on the dogs. This is Fauci’s legacy. And now that Jay Bhattacharya is in charge at the NIH, we’re hoping he’ll take action to end it for good instead of just saying he supports efforts to end animal testing. Actions speak louder than words, Doctor! Please pass a directive as NIH Director IMMEDIATELY ENDING ALL TAXPAYER AND NIH FUNDED ANIMAL EXPERIMENTS! We the people don’t want to fund ANIMAL ABUSE! NIH will have blood on their hands if this animal testing doesn’t immediately end. You can’t say you didn’t know it’s happening on your watch. Please do the right thing. SHUT IT DOWN!

WOW This Is Unbelievable. Moms Across America Meeting With The FDA FDA said 98% of samples tested for herbicides did not exceed the regulatory limits Turns out, out of the top 25 herbicides used in America, The FDA was ONLY TESTING FOR 2 OF THEM & TELLING US OUR FOOD IS SAFE “I'm outside the FDA and we just met with the FDA, with the head of Human Foods Department, the Deputy Commissioner Jim Jones. So we got a meeting with the policy makers, Anne Conrad, who is the head of another division, I don't have his title here right now, and two other women that play important role in the FDA and we presented all of the facts about our findings on school lunches, fast food, loaded cereal. We gave them initial preliminary studies on baby food and Girl Scout cookies and gluten-free food, which we are still processing those results, but they are very toxic and it's very upsetting. So we gave them preliminary results and we talked about the fact that they are the ones, they are the policymakers and decision makers to make sure that people have access to safe, non-toxic, nutrient-dense food. And they kept talking about how, you know, they are doing this, they are doing that. We're very glad not envy them their jobs. This is a very difficult job that they have. Okay. They kept mentioning how they have to stay in their lanes. And you know, the EPA has their regulations, like they set the regulatory limits. For example, 30,000 parts per billion of glyphosate that's allowed on wheat, right, which is ridiculously high. So they, the EPA sets the limits and the FDA regulates and they do the testing to make sure that the food doesn't exceed those limits. And I brought up the fact that they're, they could be doing a better job For instance, out of the top 25 most widely used herbicides, I saw the list back when I was on the Organic Products Advisory Board for the Secretary of Agriculture in California as a consumer representative. I looked at the list of what the FDA was testing for, what the California FDA was testing for, and what the top 25 most widely used herbicides that are used in America, what they are. And the FDA was only testing for two of them. FDA was only testing for three of them. And they were coming out with reports saying, well, 98% of the samples, the 1,200 samples, for instance, that we tested for did not exceed the EPA's regulatory limits for residues, right, for pesticide residues. Yeah, but if, you can't say 98% of the samples did not exceed the regulatory limits. If you're only testing for two out of the top 25 pesticides, you guys get what I'm talking about here, that is misleading. So we brought that up again to them. — So we are going to be calling for a meeting where the EPA, the FDA, the USDA all work together to create a safer food supply and to stop shirking their responsibilities and pointing in the other direction that the other people are responsible. We need to do major mental health, physical health, and reproductive health issues because of the toxins in the food supply. So please stay tuned. We will tell you what the results of this is. We are going to be following up with them with the data. — We need to be coming back here and holding them to account because God knows the chemical companies are spending millions and millions of dollars to have lobbyists telling them these chemicals for as a tool. We need you know to use GMOs. You know and folks this is not true farmers have been farming for thousands of years thousands of generations without toxic chemicals. They can continue to do it and they must do it in order to protect the future of the human race.“ I can’t transcribe a lot of what is being said due to the text limits on X but I HIGHLY recommend watching this video

NEW: Thanks to the relentless pressure from White Coat Waste White Coat Waste Project’s campaign, including 243,000 emails. countless calls from their dedicated members, alongside advocacy from GOP members of Congress, the NIH is finally starting to budge on animal testing. Despite recently defending the use of dogs and cats in taxpayer funded animal tests and renewing funding for controversial labs during an NPR interview, NIH leaders Jay Bhattacharya and Nicole Kleinstreuer @NKleinstreuer are now signaling a shift. This is a drastic change in tone from their recent interview with NPR in which they said, “we have no intention of just phasing out animal studies overnight. We know that animal studies are still very important and often scientifically justified” In a recent NIH interview, Kleinstreuer told Jay, “I don’t think we should do research on dogs and cats. I think it’s unconscionable,” and claimed the NIH is “working tirelessly” to phase out these tests. This change in tone is a direct result of White Coat Waste’s activism and the growing public outcry against cruel and unnecessary experiments on innocent animals. However, this commitment lacks teeth without a clear timeline or specific plan, and the NIH continues to fund dog and cat testing grants despite having the power to stop. While this is a promising first step, we can’t let up now. The NIH’s history of dragging its feet and making empty promises means we must keep the pressure on to ensure these tests are fully phased out and replaced with humane, modern alternatives. Your voice is making a difference—let’s keep pushing until the NIH follows through with real action.

🚨 Tax Day Animal Testing Countdown: Day 1: HHS Exposed For Sending Critics of Animal Abuse to Voicemail With Prank Recording 🚨 Last year, on Tax Day April 15th, 2025, I broke a story with White Coat Waste about how the National Institutes of Health NIH gave millions of US tax dollars to pharmaceutical companies to torture beagles. A year later, they’re still doing this. I wish this could have been an April Fool's Day joke, but it’s not. White Coat Waste recently mentioned our investigation in Senate testimony about how NIH still funds tens of millions of dollars in cruel and unnecessary beagle and kitten tests. They have receipts proving NIH Director Dr. Jay Bhattacharya NIHDirector_Jay lied to Loomer Unleashed Charles R Downs and the American people last year when he said he wasn’t funding Fauci’s beagle torture labs or other taxpayer funded dog and cat labs. Justin Goodman also recently delivered shocking testimony in front of the US Senate, including a bombshell report about how when White Coat Waste and their followers called HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy. Jr. Secretary Kennedy last month to complain about these cruel, taxpayer funded animal tests. HHS ignored all of the calls and even changed their official voicemail to a prank voicemail message that said, “Thank you for calling Domino’s pizza.” See video of his Senate testimony below. 👇🏻 HHS HHS is mocking MAGA and attacking groups like White Coat Waste that are trying to advance President Trump’s plan to clean up the NIH and those who are working on behalf of the American people to save animals and stop government led animal abuse on taxpayer dime. For the next two weeks leading up to Tax Day (April 15th), I am going to expose a new taxpayer funded animal testing scandal every day, and break several exclusive investigations to hold rogue Trump administration officials accountable for funding animal cruelty and animal abuse. President Trump is and always has been an ally to animals. On November 25, 2019, he signed the bipartisan Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture (PACT) Act into law, making certain acts of animal cruelty a federal felony. Animal testing is animal cruelty, and now it’s time to make sure President Trump’s cabinet members are upholding his anti-animal cruelty agenda. Stay tuned! Cc: Secretary Kennedy Robert F. Kennedy Jr
