Did you build the world you’re in? Would love to see the process one day. Idk how blender works but I’m assuming you’re using a combination of AE and blender to achieve this. Like rotoscope and text fx in AE then import to blender?

In terms of steps, i rotoscoped and grey scaled the footage in AE first. Then i build the 3D environment with primitives and a door modeled after my bathroom door! Once i was satisfied with the environment, i kept making iterative blender files specifically for each shot, importing the rotoscoped video as an image plane video and worked that camera magic :D
