Fibromyalgia is not even a real diagnosis, its an umbrella meme term docs use when they just dont know, no one should accept it as a final diagnosis, his symptoms sound autoimmune in nature, dude should see a rheumatologist.

Fibromyalgia is not a good enough reason to want to die. The end stage chronic pain isn't so bad that you can't deal with it through exercise, and medication. This dude just wants to find an excuse to off himself. I wouldn't care, if it didn't influence others with this bullshit.

As someone whose life is exactly this. I know understand the pain all too well. I met a doctor who knew exactly what to give me so I could drive and walk but, I still struggle significantly. Still experience extreme pain and fatigue. It really does feel like Hell.

It is horrific, but it sounds like he just gave up. It’s really sad, because I do believe there still people out there who would willingly help him, no strings or questions asked, but it will only ever work if he is willing to help himself.

Yeah you can't blame him. Fibromyalgia literally has no cure and only treatment that reduces flare-up and pain. It's literally a forever issue that nukes your quality of life. Especially if you have enough intellect to know you have degraded severely mentally.

I don’t know this guy but I’m willing to wager if having chronic fatigue and a congested nose is enough for him to want to take his own life, he likely has other parts of his life that need attention. I imagine most of this runs deeper than whatever health problem reason he says.

I get not wanting to live with constant pain, but isn’t life worth living that you would want to fight against having it taken away even if you are in pain? Death is permanent and we have no clue what happens when you die. Does that risk sound worth it? What if it’s nothing?

Theses are sounding like some of my symptoms before I figured out i had a brain tumor on the frontal left lobe. He might wanna get checked out seriously and quickly, I didnt realize till I ended having a seizure home alone and the only one to wake me was my dog

I dont know how it must feel to have all the physical pain, but I do have the same issues of having worse speech than i once had, it feels like having permanent mushmouth and not being able to think words when i want to say something as if your brain melted a fuse, i feel for max

This sounds exactly like what my wife had going on before we got to the bottom of her health issues. Fibro is a useless catch all diagnosis. My wife has hEDS and POTS, which are 50% overlap with fibro. The cure is intaking 10x the normal amount of salt, potassium & magnesium.

sounds like insane level of systemic inflammation. The problem with this is the caused can be anything basically. Leaky gut to moldy environment to allergies to tap water chemical sensitivity etc. Hope this guy at least tried moving out of the place or change diet for 3-4 months.
