Horrible attack trade-off. Volt Tackle is the ultimate move for the Pikachu line. Of all the moves to get rid of, Volt Tackle should've been the absolute last one to pick.

Worst change. It literally gets replaced not even 2 whole gens later. Volt Tackle was basically his ace move besides Thunderbolt, plus it just looked cooler man 😭🙏

Volt tackle.. you and your aura will forever be missed 🥲

I might be biased but them removing Volt Tackle for Electro Ball was a top 5 worst decision in the anime for me. Never understood the reason why Pikachu needed it. With Electroweb I can get behind because it's useful Utility. Electro Ball, I just don't know the purpose.

Electroball did have its moments..... But Volt Tackle was just so damn good. If anything should have gotten rid of quick attack, Volt Tackle was the upgrade anyway.

I really miss his Volt Tackle. I kind of thought that Pokémon can use more than 4 moves. Really wish he was able to use six moves like Snorlax.
