I’m so glad she was able to share her story when so many others can relate. One thing my abusive ex would say if I cried was “oh this again” I’m now in a very loving and healthy relationship but remembering that is devastating because at the time I didn’t know how abusive it was.

YES, this is what happens… you question whether you’re crazy, you question what’s real — but here’s the truth: you cannot stay in a relationship like this because even if you love your partner, you’re not good for one another. If you cannot be your best self in it, then end it.
