Leaving is a choice of your own and I respect that but you should really reconsider this. Your work is good. You don’t give up just because it’s tough but if it’s due to personal reason I can’t understand that. Whatever your decision is - wishing you all the best but I hope you reconsider

Will miss you mate. You put up a good fight. But in the end we just have to wait for everyone to hit breaking point before we see any real action. I'm thinking ( or hopping ) the land tax will do it in its second year of existance on private homes.
