1. AI is one of the most important technologies of our time. Yet its future is in the hands of a few “closed” companies. It suffers from the inherent weakness of centralization. What is needed is a decentralized AI infrastructure that is user-owned and user-run.

2. Previously, the challenge with building decentralized AI was the limited capability to store & run AI models due to size & computational constraints. We propose a new blockchain architecture that lets developers deploy their own Bitcoin L2s designed for AI tasks.

3. At runtime, these Bitcoin L2 blockchains are optimized to carry out computation-intensive tasks like matrix multiplication onchain. These Bitcoin L2s come with high throughput, low latency, and low fees.

4. The AI models are stored onchain via the Bitcoin Hybrid DA architecture across @Bitcoin, @NEARProtocol DA, @Filecoin, @0xPolygon, @CelestiaOrg, and soon @AvailProject.

5. The AI dapps are programmed as Solidity smart contracts. They run exactly as programmed without the risk of being stopped, censored, or tricked. BVM AI Contracts Library makes it easy for developers to code neural networks in Solidity and embed AI into their dapps.
