April 9 was a great date. First, it was my mother’s birthday. Second, we launched Version 1.0 and bigger event is coming soon) 50,000 peak online done ✔️ when is x10? 🤔 We started this project more than 4 years ago. We started rebuilding the map around 2 years ago. The first features for our GLOBAL LAUNCH began about 1 year ago. The best part is that we keep improving nonstop and keep pushing past the limits of mobile devices. In general, mobile gaming is still full of boring casual stuff. We’re here to change that 😉 P.s. Sooo, I was too young for the PC/console revolution of gaming, but mobile is our opportunity 🏎️

Here are a few things you probably did not know about Reddit's iOS and Android apps: they are ~2.5M lines of code each, with 500+ screens, and a total of 200 native mobile engineers work on the both of them (including a dedicated iOS and Android mobile platform team) But a few years ago, things looked very different - and Reddit quietly rebuilt their native apps from 2021. Today's conversation goes through what happened and how, with three engineers from Reddit’s mobile platform team who led this work: Lauren Darcey (Head of Mobile Platform), Brandon Kobilansky (iOS Platform Lead), and Eric Kuck (Principal Android Engineer) Watch or listen: • YouTube: • Spotify: • Apple: --- Brought to you by: • Graphite (we've moved to @graphite) — The AI developer productivity platform • Sentry — Error and performance monitoring for developers. Get 150k errors (three months of Team Plan) for free at --- Three of my takeaways from this episode: 𝟭. 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 – 𝘀𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻! One of the reasons Reddit started investing heavily in modernizing its mobile stack was that the “old stack” was slowing down developers. Reddit’s platform team got proof of this simply by asking native engineers about the biggest development-related challenges they face. 𝟮. 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. Advice from Brandon for anyone looking to work on a platform team: "You should try to work at a tech company for a year or two and actually see what happens after you ship a system — and then the assumptions change! You then have to figure out how to keep this thing going. You get a bunch of software design intuition because you have to like re-evaluate your assumptions for an incredibly long time. If you can do that, you're probably ready for platform stuff." 𝟯. 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗔𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘁 “𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲” 𝘆𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗲. LLMs integrated into IDEs seem to be increasingly helpful with backend, fullstack, web and even cross-platform (React Native / Expo) projects. However, Reddit’s mobile team shared that they get a moderate boost from the Apple and Android Studio LLM additions. Native mobile development is distinctively different from web, fullstack and backend coding – and it seems that these IDEs with AI functionality have not done much to optimize for the expereince of native mobile engineers. Over time, this will likely change – but it’s a reminder that there are differences between fullstack, backend and native mobile development.(I wrote a book reflecting on more of the challenges unique to native mobile titled Building Mobile Apps at Scale)

Every American Should Know This About T-Mobile 1. T-Mobile US is an American company whose parent company was once 100% owned by the German Government and they’re a significant partner for the World Economic Forum (WEF). (Moving forward - I’ll refer to T-Mobile US as T-Mobile, and T-Mobile’s parent company in Germany is Deutsche Telekom) 2. T-Mobile is helping destroy America from within by utilizing tactics like Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) to influence ideological subversion among the American people. 3. T-Mobile lied to America about the merger with Sprint, they used half-truths to mislead everyone. The T-Mobile and Sprint CEOs lied to Congress by promising to create jobs and lower the prices of rate plans for consumers, 2023 proved those statements to be half-truth lies and I’ll show you how. 4. T-Mobile violated my rights as an American in 2021 and 2022. I worked there for 17 years and was recently laid off in August, but my employment extended through November 2, 2023. T-Mobile discriminated against me for being unvaccinated and barred me from entering the office while vaccinated people were allowed to enter the office, this went on for 10 months and in Frisco Texas! 5. T-Mobile was one of the coolest turn around stories in the history of American business, we went from being on the “List of Companies Expected to Die in 2011” to the “Fastest Growing Wireless Company in America”. But now, T-Mobile should be known for being one of the most corrupt wireless companies in America that’s full of Woke ideology it forces onto their employees. 6. One of the many subsidiaries of Deutsche Telekom, T-Systems, helped the World Health Organization and European Union both create their global Vaccine Passport system. They also have a “Customer Data Platform” that seems to be a perfect system to implement a Social Credit Score. 7. T-Mobile laid off 5,000 Americans in Q4 2023 while they were also reporting record earnings and record cashflow. Within 10 days of announcing the layoff, they also launched dividends and stock buybacks to the total of $19 Billion. 8. T-Mobile’s CEO, Mike Sievert, is the highest paid US telecom CEO, Sievert is awarded annual raises 1200% higher than some of his employees, and his CEO ratio pay is 50% higher than the average CEO ratio pay in America. 9. T-Mobile’s old CEO, John Legere, hustled and manipulated people into believing that he cared about taking down the establishment, but in reality, John Legere was the establishment pretending to be the good guy. After leaving T-Mobile in 2020, Legere partnered with Steve Aoki and 3LAU to run an NFT hustle that made them MILLIONS of dollars. 10. Sprint’s CEO, Marcelo Claure, helped implement the merger with T-Mobile. Claure is a key player for the WEF and he partnered with Softbank’s CEO Masayoshi Son to make BILLIONS of dollars together on the merger with T-Mobile.

🚨#WATCH: As United States Coast Guard at the Aviation Training Center were shocked to find their hangar full 400 gallons of high-expansion foam due to a fault in the system 📌#Mobile | #Alabama The United States Coast Guard crewmen on duty at the Aviation Training Center in Mobile, Alabama, were shocked to find their hangar filled with high-expansion foam on Sunday evening. According to Lt. Earl Roberts, the Mobile Aviation Training Center Public Relations Officer, the foam was activated due to a system fault. A crew member had left Hangar 2 to work on an aircraft in another hangar, but when they returned, Hangar 2’s alarms were going off, and nearly 400 gallons of high-expansion foam had begun filling the building. "I was honestly amazed at how big that mess was," Lt. Roberts said. "We believe it was just a fault in the system that accidentally set it off." Fortunately, nobody was inside the hangar at the time of the incident

‼️ Mobile isn't San Francisco. Pastor Travis Johnson — For immediate release Statement from Pastor Travis Johnson, Lead Pastor, Pathway Church - Mobile, Alabama Mobile isn't San Francisco. I said those words on the Jeff Poor Show when asked about "National Pride Month" banners hanging on city light poles in downtown Mobile. People heard it. Some cheered. Some objected. But nobody asked me what I was going to do about it. Here's what I did. The City of Mobile operates a Banner Program through its Parks & Recreation Department. It allows organizations to rent designated streetlight poles: poles built, owned, and maintained by Mobile taxpayers to display banners promoting public events and observances. City officials have stated publicly that the program is viewpoint-neutral, as required by the First Amendment. A private person or organization recently used that program to hang "National Pride Month" banners on Water Street. The city approved the application and installed the banners on public infrastructure. I serve on the Visit Mobile board, the city's lodging-tax-funded tourism bureau, which also promotes these events on its publicly-supported website and I raised my concerns there as well. But I didn't stop at objecting. I acted. Using the exact same program, following the exact same process, I submitted my own banner application. It reads: National Child Awareness Month — Protect Our Children from Gender Ideology. The design has been received. I have been told it is going to be honored. I am calling on the City of Mobile to honor my duly submitted banner application. It was made in good faith, through the proper process, under the same policy that approved the Pride Month banners. There is no legal, procedural, or policy basis to treat it differently. I understand that following my banner, this policy may be ending. That's perfect. If that’s the case, let it be said that what ended gender indoctrination banners being affixed to our city property was a call to prayer, a banner asking God to protect the children of Mobile from gender ideology. A pastor submitted a prayer for our children, and the city decided it could no longer allow extremist indoctrination campaigns on public poles. That is not a loss. That is a victory for every family in this city. I will take that outcome every single day of the week. But there is a deeper issue here that goes beyond banners and policies. It is the question of who is actually at the table when decisions like this get made, not just at the City of Mobile, but at Mobile County and every board, bureau, and commission that makes decisions in the name of the people of this community. Visit Mobile and boards like it should be filled with people who look like Mobile. Not just in terms of race or background but, in terms of who this city actually is at its core. Where are the steel workers? Where are the mama bears who are fighting every single day to protect their kids from an agenda they never asked for? Where are the Little League dads coaching third base on a Saturday morning? Where is the praying grandmother, the one whose intercession and quiet encouragement have sustained this community through every hard season it has ever faced? They aren't there because more of them need to be appointed by the City of Mobile, by Mobile County, and by every appointing authority that shapes the direction of this community. The voice for the health of the nuclear family is radically underrepresented on the Visit Mobile board and on boards like it across this city and this county. It produces exactly the kind of decisions we are now debating, decisions made in the name of a community that was never actually consulted. And if the mama bears and Little League dads aren’t in the room and don't have a seat at the table, it's because they’re on the menu. 1819 News Alabama Politics #alpolitics FlashPoint Army FOX10News | WALA NBC 15 News WKRG

A lesser-known piece of Smash lore is that, following the success of The Smash Brothers documentary, a Project M documentary was announced. A trailer was released, and the project raised $11,320 on GoFundMe. If you've never heard of this documentary, it's because it was never completed. The most recent update came in 2022, when the director, a transgender woman, abandoned the project citing "chronic health issues" and left social media. The project was then handed off to the director's friend, who has also vanished from social media. Promotional clips from the film that were used to support the GoFundMe campaign are still available on YouTube, but the announcement trailer has been removed. In essence, they scammed the Project M community out of $11,320 and disappeared, never to be heard from again.

You gotta admit when you were wrong. Almost 2 years ago, I was unveiling NativePHP at Laracon US with a working proof of concept for mobile in my pocket - doubting that it'll ever be approved in an app store. But guess what? Today, NativePHP mobile 1.0 got released, and I couldn't be more excited about this. Simon Hamp 🍣 🍜 put in a ton of work on the iOS side, taking this proof of concept to a whole new level - while Shane Rosenthal made it work on Android in no time. I'm so proud with what we achieved with NativePHP 🚀

Space Manbow for the MSX2 (Konami/1989). Considered one of the absolute greatest and most technically impressive shoot-'em-ups for the MSX2 computer. Built from the ground up for the hardware, it pushes the system to its limits and also has a stellar SCC/chip soundtrack. Originally a Japan-exclusive release, it was later digitally ported for the Wii Virtual Console in 2009 and is available on mobile platforms and Project EGG, as well as a minigame (first level) inside Ganbare Goemon DS (2005).

Skypath Security The SkyToken Official was just featured on NBC 10 WJAR as they will be protecting their school system with a cutting edge mobile defense platform. If u are 👀 for a #microcap #crypto that is poised to make huge waves both in the #web3 space and the #security sector, there's probably not a lot of time left to get in early.

Day 5 of why you need to use Jupiter Mobile: TRUSTED TOKEN DATA & INSIGHTS See trusted, verified token data + a clean feed of relevant content in Jupiter Mobile Token Pro’s ‘About’ section – powered by VRFD, Jupiter’s verified data layer for token information and insights. Onchain finance has never had a reliable source of truth for token information. Most wallets surface raw links or leave you to dig through socials and explorers. Instead, you get: - Simple summaries explaining what the token is and what’s currently happening - A clean feed of verified community insights, not random noise - Verified token metadata with direct links to official websites and socials If a token is covered by VRFD, you see community-validated information. If it isn’t, the full project X feed is surfaced automatically, so you still have full context. What used to take digging across multiple pages now lives directly on the token page. Just Use Jupiter (Mobile).
