this is a huge unlock. how does this work if i have multiple sessions running? will it just add to a new mobile chat?

You should be able to control multiple sessions - each will get their own entry in the mobile app

Github is no longer required to use /remote-control in the mobile app. If you have an active connected session, you'll now see it in your session list in the Code tab.

Guys please also make it so if you use the cli with -p it will sync with any open interactive chat. Interactive chats of the same session are automaticlly syncing (now even to mobile). but the cli..

Aw man I spent all weekend making a purpose-built app for this myself lol 😅

been doing this with openclaw + tmux for months but having it native is a different level. the real unlock is when the agent can push notifications to your phone when it hits a decision point instead of just blocking. async coding with human-in-the-loop from anywhere

this solves the biggest friction point with terminal workflows... you start something running, need to step away, and then you're either chained to your desk or you lose the thread entirely. being able to pick it up on your phone means the agent keeps working while you actually live your life. the async nature of coding with agents was already there but the interface finally caught up

Get out of my head. Literally was reading tmux manuals this morning to do exactly this.

This changes the game for long-running tasks. I've been using Claude Code for RAG pipeline development and the biggest friction was being chained to the terminal while it works through multi-step builds. Remote control means I can kick off a complex refactor, go grab coffee, and check progress from my phone. That's not just convenience - it fundamentally changes how you architect your prompts when you know you don't have to babysit the session.

Pro users won't need to wait too long either, right?

Thanks, great feature! But on Android the input box permanently covers the bottom of the chat. No amount of scrolling lets me see the full conversation. Doesn't happen in regular chats, only when using this feature. App version 1.260223.17.

that's neat. One thing: it doesn't prompt me to approve changes, it hangs until I approve them on the machine terminal. Is this by design? I guess i could change permissions or run dangerously but what if i don't want Claude running wild in my repo?

What version of the mobile app are you running? It should be sending you permission prompts to mobile. Feel free to DM me
