Challenge: Create a reveal interaction with two views: 1. The first view should showcase a photograph with the photographer's name and social handle. 2. The instinct is to protect the lead, but the approach that creates better odds, less regret, and is simply more logical is to keep wrestling the same way that created the lead. Stay on the attack, stay in position, and keep applying pressure. The one who needs to change and create opportunity is the opponent who is losing. So why would you go ahead and assist them in this by back peddling and lead protecting, opening up two windows that weren’t there before? 1 – Stall points 2 – Allowing your opponent to solely focus on their offense as they no longer have to respect your attacks. You hear wrestlers in post-match interviews “We do this all the time in the room! Down 2 with 30 seconds left and working to find a takedown.” Not so much the opposite… “up 2 with 30 seconds left and just have to find ways to back up to protect the lead!” So why resort to something you don’t practice in the most crucial moments of a match—or your season? Universities and High Schools have not moved rapidly enough to guide students to have skills for the next decade. THEY HAVE FAILED. It is a massive crisis that can be averted by understanding what AI and Robotics will bring about. Solutions are knowing how to use these tools and new industries that will rise. But this situation is also on ALL OF US. No “job” is safe from founder to entry level in most industries. You and I, by what we do, will be “replaced” ultimately. What to do? AI and Robotics are tools, the next decade is owned by those who know how to use them expertly, but this is also temporary. We have to understand that what we do for “work” will change giving ultimately a greater value to those that are: Creative Flexible Always learning Willing to be wrong Love being human Love being alive Know history Covet wisdom Knowing all tech has downsides Building strong family and friends Realize many institutions have failed The first four are required for you to be able to live through this period with your sanity intact. The rest will allow you to thrive. There are no true careers at this point anymore. There are advocation and vocations which will either earn you money or give life meaning. We will learn that we are not “what we do”, just like we knew for 99% of human existence. Let that sink in. — You and I are far, far ahead of knowing this and we can do two things: 1) Laugh at the “clueless” 2) Help people understand with grace Go to Reddit if you are 1, in fact don’t follow me because you will not like this next decade and what I post. These Luddites will have a good point with the wrong answers cooked up by dying academics that cling to labels, “virtues” and victim hood. It will be readymade for some governments to enter in as “big daddy” to “help us”. You will not like what they do, but you will only know when it is too late. It will include YOU “volunteering” to “leave” by 60, to “help out” CanadaPod style. “Brian, I’m 24 what do I do?”. I hope to do much more here to help. But I do know this: 1) Learn a trade or vocation because it’s valuable. It may also be free to low cost if you do it right. 2) Learn everything you can about USING AI and TRAINING YOUR AI. Your expertise will be in the top 1% for a decade. But not forever. 3) Understand Bitcoin and how it will rise while other things sink. This is a short list for now. We will know more moving forward. When you see videos like this posted below, know one thing: Many of these folks had no real family of mental and physical support. Maybe no parent or one parent. Maybe only a broke system to prepare them for—nothing. This was not their doing. Now it is not your “job” to help them, it is your survival to help them if that is what you need. See some day after the dust settles these 20 year olds will be 40 year olds and running YOUR world. And at some point you may need them more than you think you do. You will need them, as they need you now. THIS IS WHAT PAST WISDOM KNEW. The elders of the past never found the need to piss on the youth and hope for the best. If your website looks like everyone else's, it's working against you. Most sites today are the same. Same layout, same sections, same stock photos. And when everything looks the same, nothing stands out, including yours. The sites that actually do the job now have a point of view. They tell a story, guide you through it, make you want to keep scrolling. Branding, motion, interaction, the details that make someone feel something instead of just reading text. Take a look at this one. Not saying every site needs to be this. But if your goal is to impress, convert, or be remembered, flat and generic won't get you there anymore.

[1] The vision for DeePle has always been to expand and reach as many people as possible, and I believe increasing the supply is the only way to achieve this goal. This was never meant to be a small, exclusive community centered around asset value. My goal is to build something genuine, open, and accessible to everyone. That said, I have deep respect for the OG DeePle (Gen 1) holders, and preserving the value of Gen 1 is always at the forefront of my mind. Future generations, Gen 2, Gen 3, and beyond, will have a much larger supply, which I believe will naturally make Gen 1 feel more rare and exclusive over time. The differences between Gen 1 and future Gens will be subtle but noticeable, things like name tags, background colors, alien skin options, and a few surprises I’m not ready to reveal just yet. As an artist, one of the challenging aspects has always been connecting with the right people who truly care about the work. Creating the perfect drop mechanic is never easy, but I try to keep things as simple and fair as possible. Striking that balance is key, and I felt that a FCFS approach within the allocation was the most fair this time around. While I know not everyone may agree, adding more complexity didn’t feel like the right path either. As for DeePle holders, I want each of you to build a deeper connection with your DeePle, give it a name, create a lore, customize its clothes, and use the art however you like. As things continue to unfold over time, I hope you and your DeePles can grow and evolve together. Let’s all DeePle together.

this is the worst local ai will ever be. it only gets better from here. if you are not expanding your mind with these small models you are missing what's happening right now 99 percent tool call success rate. when steered well with the right skills and a framework like hermes agent the node becomes a cognition layer. not a chatbot. not a toy. an extension of how you think. i was cranking this node at 35 to 50 tok/s all day on personal experiments and now after all the work is done qwen 3.5 9B is iterating on its own code. the game it created. fixing its own bugs autonomously. and the part you should probably not miss is that all of this is happening on a RTX 3060. not an H100. not an A100. the card most of you have sitting in a drawer right now. if you just open that drawer and put that intelligence to work every tensor core on that card should be running for you. your work. your experiments. your thinking. you all have it but because nobody told you what this hardware can actually do in 2026 you never tried. the day it unlocks is the day you test your workload, understand the tradeoffs, debug the loops, and then decide if you need to scale the hardware. there is no point buying 3 mac studios when things done well you can squeeze a similar level of intelligence from 9B compared to 70B. but only when you create the right environment for your model through the right harness. and let me tell you i have tried claude code as a local harness. i have tried opencode. i have tried various others. somehow i landed on hermes agent and never left. there is something magical going on at Nous Research. the tool call parsers, the skills system, the way it handles small models natively. nothing else comes close for local inference. own your cognition. your AI. your agent. your prompts. your experiments. why give them away for free. those are who you are and they don't belong on someone else's servers being monitored. just give it a shot with your existing hardware. you run into a problem the community will help you. and if you are migrating from openclaw to hermes i will personally help you make the switch.

It takes GRIT and sacrifice to play Div 1 Soccer. Self reflect and ask yourself these questions: 1. Will you get up for early AM lifts and not just drag yourself there but arrive happy and energized, eager to work and motivate your teammates? 2. Are you ready to miss family events—weddings, birthdays and be separated from your parents for longer than you ever have before? 3. Can you manage every aspect of your life for the first time by yourself, before you even throw in the rigors and demands of a sport? 4. Can you survive in an environment where you are defined by your sport and have very little social life existence outside of athletic and academic obligations? 5. Can you handle the mental challenge of going from the super star to possibly bottom of the roster, sitting on the bench, and/or not traveling with the team? 6. Will you be genuinely happy for your roommate who is getting all the playing time and attention while you’re getting none? If all answers are a resounding YES than you are built for this, but it’s not for everyone. And actually not for most. If it was easy, everyone would be doing it. I went from ZERO($0) to 5 figures in less than 5 months The year 2024 was a defining year for me and a lot of my friends. When I see a newspaper reporting on hatred but calling it ‘backlash’ I feel it is important to clarify that hatred is hatred, and this kind of hatred is violence. “Backlash would imply that people who love or respect Dylan and me didn't like something we did. This is not backlash. The ATG School One-Pager I’m not trying to reinvent schooling. There are just a handful of things I believe in which I haven’t seen in any school I’ve been around as a student or parent. Policy #1: Each student gets to be responsible for growing some of their own food, no matter how small, and THROUGHOUT schooling (not just a quickie project here or there). Policy #2: Minimum 1:1 ratio of time NOT SITTING IN THE CLASSROOM. What you do with this is up to you. There are so many real world skills, sports, gardening, music, etc. The strict ratio in the school day is the key for me. Common sense and personal interests can take it from there. Policy #3: Daily time to read whatever you want to read about. The biggest barrier for my reading was INTEREST. Be there to ensure the book is at their level, and to help them if they don’t understand something. Other than that, LET THEM ENJOY READING, ALL THE WAY THROUGH SCHOOL, not just in early years. Policy #4: (This is the most unusual yet the biggest reason I’m in education.) High school is a 50/50 bridge to winning in real life. Mornings are for actual work, making and SAVING UP MONEY. Afternoons are for learning finances and professional skills of YOUR INTEREST. With average work, you’ll finish school with $50,000-$100,000 in the bank, more skills than the norm, and a greater chance of creating your life and work from there on out, rather than conforming to make a paycheck. Policy #5: As part of the high school 50/50 system, ensure each student learns the adult financial red tape in your state/country before you’ve got bills, kids, etc.

By Thursday, we will be announcing Phase IV of the Health Insurance for vulnerable citizens in Kaduna. The figure takes us to over 1, 000 in partnership with KACHMA. I missed being in the office. In the next few weeks, I will state my position politically. I owe the public that. I always state whatever I do through my handles. I was with my father for a few hours and he is fine with me running. As God is my witness, and on behalf of the excellent people Kaduna North, I will be running for office in 2027, if alive. We will still focus on the job we were elected to do, and there are a few leaders, Northern Statesmen and fathers that I have to speak to. My position is peculiar. But I have tried to handle with honour and dignity. My wife and I have decided this is the right course. And my people are with me, on social media and offline. I have never feared an election for a day. But it is the right of anyone to try. Respect that right knowing my record speaks for me. Thank you.
