One thing that’s very crucial for Canton Foundation: our General Members. These are the institutions and entities participating in governance who bring the “missing pieces” that make an institutional network usable in practice. Including Data and risk infrastructure, custody and tokenization rails, developer tooling, validator operations, and core financial workflows (funds, lending, securities finance, accounting). They bring the expertise, services, and infrastructure that support neutral governance and institution-grade rails on Canton Network.

The global industry standard oracle platform, Chainlink, is now live on the Injective Mainnet. Time to market for dApp developers is critical and now with Injective’s EVM deployment, the iBuild AI dApp creator, onchain financial modules, and Chainlink data streams - developers on Injective can experience one of the fastest time to market anywhere in the industry. Chainlink brings real time Data Streams with sub-second latency to the only blockchain purpose-built for finance. This now gives Injective developers full access to Chainlink’s battle-tested data stream markets across the Injective ecosystem. Helix 🧬 will be the first Injective dApp to integrate Chainlink Data Streams set to power its crypto and RWA markets. Benefits for using Chainlink Data Streams on Injective: ✅ Low latency market data: up to sub-second delivery ✅ Institutional reliability: collaborating with institutional data giants like ICE and FTSE Russell, An LSEG Business ✅ Programmability: custom tailor formats, cadence, and fields to match a dApps exact needs. Injective markets now powered by Chainlink Data Streams. Ninjas are just getting started. 🥷

🚨 BIS Just Gave An Institutional Use Case To The XRP Ledger BIS anchored official data on XRPL with Merkle proofs, then said the next step is ZK + selective disclosure. This was the exact protocol DNA Protocol built on XRPL: prove identity, disclose nothing, settle the credential on-ledger using market roots and zk-proof using $XDNA. The Proof Model That BIS used and Makes Public Ledgers Bank-Ready Is now coming live on XRPL. Central banks and institutions now get institutional credential system to securely deploy trillions on-chain. JPMorgan released a report that private Web3 identity + on-chain privacy is the unlock for tokenized finance. Ripple President Monica Long said that 2026 will unlock institutional use-case for the ledger. Brad Hinted at On-Chain Identity Years Ago. Now, DNA Protocol and BIS Working Paper Just Made It Institutional. DNA Protocol showcased its privacy infrastructure at Davos 2026 and BIS used that exact protocol to put official data on XRPL. It’s now coming live🤯🔥

BlackRock Sees Blockchains Becoming AI Payment Rails BlackRock published a new whitepaper on September 22 examining AI and digital assets. The paper, titled “The Machine-Native Economy,” explores how AI agents could use blockchain infrastructure. BlackRock argues that autonomous systems will need financial rails for economic activity. Stablecoins could support frequent machine payments for data, software, and computing resources. The research also examines tokenized assets and digital markets for computing capacity.

Over the last few months, our engineering teams have been heads down building a high throughput, low-latency blockchain coupled with an exchange replicable across different data centers. We’ve invested thousands of developer hours designing our data infrastructure stack from scratch. We designed our own streaming indexer to serve data to our frontend in real-time, and shipped optimized memory crates to push our general shared IPC to under 100 nanoseconds. This architecture enables us to colocate our sequencers with the key sources of price discovery across all asset classes: Tokyo for crypto, New Jersey for equities, Chicago for commodities. In turn, institutional market makers colocated with GTE bare metal racks will be able to post orders with minimal roundtrip latency, resulting in the tightest spreads and pristine liquidity. We call this GTE Turbo. By optimizing the entire stack from hardware, to the software, into the networking stack, we will build a world where anyone, anywhere, can trade anything, at anytime. lfGTE

Introducing Aviya - Institutional Credit on Hyperliquid. Aviya is a private, compliance gated credit venue built on Hyperliquid, designed to extend structured credit access to institutional participants. The platform facilitates bilateral, fixed-rate financing, initially against HYPE collateral, with a roadmap to expand into additional asset classes over time. As capital allocators increasingly engage with on-chain markets, access to predictable, structured credit becomes a requirement. Aviya is designed to meet this demand by offering a more controlled alternative to fully permissionless lending systems, while still leveraging the efficiency and settlement advantages of Hyperliquid’s infrastructure. We view Aviya as a core component in the development of HyperLend as the credit layer of the Hyperliquid ecosystem, enabling capital formation, leverage, and structured financing across both native and future tokenized assets such as equities, commodities, fixed-income instruments and even the likes tokenised pre-IPO companies. Over time, Aviya will serve as a gateway for institutional credit into emerging on-chain markets, including real-world and tokenized financial assets. We are also pleased to deepen our collaboration with Hyperion, working together on institutional business development and capital formation. Aviya represents a continued step toward integrating credit natively into the broader Hyperliquid financial system. gLend.
