how to rebuild your life in the next 6 months: 1. disappear and focus stop announcing your plans. cut distractions and use that energy to actually build something in silence. 2. fix your daily system your life is just your daily habits repeated. 3. choose one direction don't try to fix everything at once. pick one main goal and go all in for 6 months. 4. build discipline, not motivation you won't feel like it most days. show up anyway and do the work regardless of how you feel. 5. remove toxic inputs less social media, less negative people, less noise. what you consume daily shapes your results. 6. track real progress measure results weekly. if something works, do more of it. if not, adjust fast and keep moving.
