3 reasons using way too much weight (ego lifting) is stupid: 1) You get less in the way of stimulus and more in the way of fatigue…this is an L 2) You are more likely to get injured…this is an L 3) It may look impressive when you load up a lot of weight but if someone IS actually paying attention to you once you begin your set (as I’ve said on many occasions in the past…most aren’t), your not being able to actually handle the weight you loaded with good technique will result in you looking like a clown rather than some badass that’s really strong…this is an L All that said…WHY ON GOD’S GREEN EARTH are you loading up more weight than you can handle and using shit technique???

Everyone says that the orb filmed by ABC News in New Jersey is Venus or some bright star. But this isn’t an ordinary citizen using an iPhone to film the sky—this is ABC News, with professional cameras and a stable tripod. If they’re using a tripod, then why is 'Venus' moving? The past six months have been some of the most special in my life. 1.Ambrus was named Volatility Hedge Fund of the Year by HFM along with winning two other awards from HedgeWeek and HedgeFundJournal. 2.We got a few new great investors and were backed by a multi-strategy hedge fund that truly shares our philosophy around trading volatility. 3.We’re now approaching our soft close period, which is estimated to bring our AUM to roughly a little over half a billion. I share this not really as a milestone from the stance of someone who started a hedge fund team half a decade ago, but as a testimony to God’s goodness and faithfulness in my journey. I just want everyone to know that this is all to his Glory. I hope you find your passion and allow God to lead you into your calling with grace and favor. I love this game and wouldn’t change a thing about my journey in it.

The recent unprecedented weather event in the UAE and the operational disruptions it caused at #DXB have been a great challenge for us all, but it has been the most challenging for our guests who’ve had to spend much longer than they expected at our terminals. To bring some comfort to them during this time, our team of ground staff and volunteers has worked tirelessly around the clock to deliver more than 73,000 packs of snacks and water. We understand the frustration and distress that the past few days have caused many travellers, and we thank you all for your patience and understanding as our operations recover. DAY 3 Sunny Hill Festival ❤️ Unbelievable, unbelievable scenes There really aren't words for the joy, pride, and gratitude we feel getting to put this festival on for our city with our family. The amount of work that goes into making it happen is honestly hard to comprehend, but every single second is worth it when we get to stand on that hill and see all of you together. I tried to steal a few quiet moments to take it all in, and it hit me just how special this has become. Somehow, every year, it just keeps getting better. Thank you to everyone who came and made this weekend so unforgettable. We already can't wait to see you all back on the hill next year. ❤️
