"The last time I sat with a camera pointed at me was in captivity." Doron Steinbrecher - who was freed from Gaza two weeks ago - recorded this message: "This whole thing takes me back to all the hostage videos I filmed and saw. But now I'm sitting comfortably on a couch with my family watching me in a warm and pleasant place. And as difficult as this is, it was important for me to film this video to convey my message and my request, and to show that I'm okay. It will take time and it's a process - it won't end in a week or two, but I'm here thanks to you, and I'm okay. Thank you, thank you to everyone who supported and embraced my family and are embracing me now, people who don't even know me. And I want to say thank you to all the soldiers and security forces. I'm watching and catching up on everything that happened in this surreal year, and I can see what an important and huge role they played both on October 7th and after, and I want to truly say - thank you. And to the families whose loved ones are still in captivity - you are not alone. We continue to fight for you, and we will do everything - I will do everything until everyone returns home and until you can close this circle, and we're together, until the end. The first moment I leave here, I'll be there with a sign in hand. I understand that everyone knows me from that terrible recording "They caught me, they caught me, they caught me" or as the blonde girl wearing pink, 31 years old from Kfar Aza. But I'm no longer blonde, and I won't wear pink anymore. I'm Doron, 31 years old. I'm no longer Hamas's captive, and I'm home."

PONDPHUWIN DEAR MYSELF #DearMyselfxPondPhuwin 📸 A couple picture that u want to thanks the other person 🐼 Mine is this pict 🐻 Ohh 🎤 Whut pict? 🐼 A pict that we went to shoot a show at province. Its our program show name LBW. That time went to Udon. Yes Udon. Which in ep 2/3 of this show. And it was 1 of the first times we had a really serious conversation. We had an open and honest conversation. So I put name for this pict as "Nice to meet u". Bc it was really a first that we get to know another person. Even tho we hv worked together. I'm saying this... I'm not say anything against friend nah 🐻 U can just say it honestly. I'm okay 🐼 B4 I felt Pond is a weird person for me. But I think Pond might felt too that I am a weird person. Bc both of us can't understand eo at all. Can't understand at all back in that day 🐻 True 🐼 Bc both of us hv a very different mindset. I'm a person who is very logical, use logic very much. As for Pond, he is a person with passion so much. Following his dream. So its make in many things on the day that we were younger than this, make it impossible for us to understand eo 🐻 Yes if we meet younger than this, ohhoo~ I don't know how we gonna get along 🐼 Yes. Bc I'm used reasons so much and Pond was passion the most 🐻 Yes 🐼 Which there are no right or wrong with that. It just a different style and I'm a person if were b4, I want to talk, I want to make it clear, want to etc, which many times that we didn't get to talk 🐻 Yes 🐼 So it came to the point where I felt "Its okay if didn't talk". There was a time that its ok if we didn't talk. +

Imagine this, a black blues musician, Daryl Davis, finishes his set. A white guy approaches, raves about his piano playing, compares it to Jerry Lee Lewis. They debate music roots, share a drink, laugh. Midway, the man says: "In my whole life, I've never sat down and had a drink with a Black guy." Daryl replies: "That's crazy. I've had drinks and dinner with thousands of white people—and I'm only 25." The man's friend nudges him. "You should probably tell him." Daryl thinks: Tell me what? Then the bombshell: "I'm actually in the Klan. "Daryl bursts out laughing—he doesn't believe it. Until the guy pulls out his wallet... and shows his Klan membership card. Dead serious. They talk more. By the end of the night, the Klansman hands over his number: "Next time you play, call me. I wanna come watch." Driving home, Daryl reflects: This man had never shared a table with someone like me... yet music brought us together. We had more in common than we had differences. That moment changed everything. Daryl made it his mission: Befriend as many Klansmen as possible. Just talk. Listen. Find the humanity. Over the next 30 years, he did exactly that. Conversation after conversation. One by one, they denounced the Klan. Ripped up their cards. Handed over their robes. Daryl collected them—over 200 Klan robes—now hanging in his home like trophies. Not of hate, but of change. Proof that people are more alike than different when you actually sit down and talk. One man. One piano. One crazy, beautiful mission. ❤️
