Bill Cassidy just got hit with the political backlash millions of Trump supporters have been waiting years to see after losing his primary to Trump endorsed Julia Letlow in Louisiana, and the message from Republican voters could not be clearer. Cassidy made himself one of the biggest targets in MAGA world the moment he voted to convict President Trump during the impeachment circus, and now voters are showing exactly what happens when Republican politicians side with the establishment against their own base. People do not forget betrayal, especially in today’s Republican Party. What makes this even bigger is that Julia Letlow is openly backing aggressive America First policies, including support for passing the SAVE America Act and taking a much harder line against the old weak Republican establishment mindset that voters are completely tired of. The energy behind this race is coming from conservatives who are sick of watching so called Republicans act tougher against Trump than they ever act against Democrats destroying the country. And here’s the key part everyone needs to understand: Letlow is now heading to a runoff, meaning this fight is not over yet. But tonight already sent shockwaves through the GOP because every Republican senator, governor, and congressman just got reminded again that the MAGA base is still the dominant force in the party. Trump endorsements still matter. America First still wins. And Republicans who turn on their own voters are finding out the hard way that political consequences eventually arrive.

How the Dutertes are trying to divert your attention There’s a reason why the senators are scared to call out the Dutertes and their allies — because when they do, they will be subject to below the belt, unsubstantiated and relentless online attacks. Because there’s no way to defend the Dutertes in all the issues they’re involved with, just like and how they always do… they are now exerting all the efforts to divert our attention elsewhere. I’m convinced that all these, including meeting with a known political rival, former Vice President Leni Robredo, is just a way for us to stop talking about the issues involving VP Sara, her family and their allies. I have to hand it to the Vice President, she successfully made the news and headlines about her refusal to take an oath, her claims about impeachment and not being friends with the president (who wants to be friends with her anyway). But the truth of the matter is, the House Committee on Good Governance established a lot of crucial facts and so forgive me for pivoting the conversation back to what matters. Although I also watched the hearing in its entirety but how Rep. Rodge Gutierrez in an ambush interview summarized the things we need to worry about the Vice President’s expenditures is worth reading: “When the same justifications are presented year after year for millions of pesos in taxpayer money, it raises serious questions about whether these funds are truly being used as intended or merely being spent without proper oversight. “This repeated pattern opens the door for further audit scrutiny, and it’s only a matter of time before COA issues a formal Notice of Disallowance for the P375 million 2023 budget.” Read more here: I do not know how their supporters would explain the overwhelming links, evidence, witnesses of issues like human trafficking, illegal POGOs, money-related matters, illegal drugs amongst other things. Just to name a few: 1. Atty. Harry Roque who is now in hiding is connected to a lot of things concerning the POGO personalities and companies in question. 2. The Dutertes defended Pastor Apollo Quiboloy who is now facing charges filed against him. Cases of heinous crimes if I may add. 3. The former PCSO General Manager Garma 4. The recently arrested former budget undersecretary Lao 5. Former PNP Chief and now Senator Bato dela Rosa connection to the extrajudicial killings now being investigated in the lower house. 6. Former SAF and now Senator Bong Go (cases filed in courts) I know this is a much much longer list and you can add yours in the comment section if you like. But all these do have documentary evidence and an overwhelming number of witnesses. Before we turn our heads to where the known Duterte social media users are pointing… demand answers to the questions of importance. Demand answers from the Dutertes or vote them out of their respective offices. Well. Always remember… Amping kanunay!

BREAKING: Remember when Republicans claimed that they were not going to pass the Bi-Partisan border bill because it was 'tied to aide for Ukraine'? Biden and the White House are now urging Congress to pass it as a stand-alone bill in the Senate. the sSenate will vote on it this week. How much do you want to bet that Republicans will still vote against it… They don’t really want solutions. They want Biden to be blamed for their lack of helping with solutions. WH Statement: “From his first day in office, President Biden has called on Congress to fix our broken immigration system. That’s why he introduced a comprehensive immigration reform plan on day 1. And that’s why, earlier this year, his Administration reached a bipartisan agreement on the toughest and fairest set of reforms in decades. This bipartisan border legislation would deliver the significant policy changes, resources, and personnel needed to secure our border and make our country safer. It would add thousands of additional Border Patrol Agents and Customs and Border Protection personnel; it would invest in technology to catch fentanyl and go after drug traffickers; add asylum officers and immigration judges to improve the adjudication of asylum cases so they are resolved in a few months and not years; establish a temporary emergency authority to shut down the border when the system is overwhelmed; and expand access to lawful immigration pathways while expediting access to work authorization for those eligible. We strongly support this legislation and call on every Senator to put partisan politics aside and vote to secure the border.”

Concerns Raised Over Managerial Conduct at Equity Bank There appears to be growing concerns among staff regarding the conduct of a senior credit officer, with allegations of unprofessional behaviour surfacing across multiple instances. Reports from employees suggest that workplace tensions have been escalating, with claims of hostility, intimidation, and, in some cases, near-physical confrontations. Despite complaints purportedly being raised through internal channels, some sources indicate that no substantive action has been taken, leading to speculation about whether internal oversight mechanisms are being effectively applied. According to accounts from individuals familiar with the situation, the officer in question has allegedly developed a reputation for dismissing grievances brought against him, reportedly claiming that complaints will not lead to any consequences. Some employees believe that his confidence in avoiding disciplinary measures stems from support within the bank’s hierarchy, though no official confirmation of such protections exists. The latest alleged incident, captured on video, appears to show him expelling credit staff from a meeting over a five-minute delay, with reports suggesting that the employees had encountered transport disruptions due to planned demonstrations along Thika Road. Despite what some describe as a reasonable explanation for their lateness, he is said to have refused to engage in any discussion, instead instructing them to leave the meeting. Following the incident, affected employees are believed to have escalated their grievances to the relevant departments, but there are claims that the matter was not meaningfully addressed. Some staff now suggest that this lack of intervention has emboldened the officer, with reports emerging that his interactions with both colleagues and customers have become increasingly strained. One particularly concerning account describes an alleged confrontation on 25 January 2025, when he is said to have berated a client seeking assistance, along with the security personnel accompanying them. Witnesses claim that when customer service supervisors attempted to intervene, the situation escalated into a heated verbal exchange, drawing attention from other clients in the branch. "Hi Nyakundi. Hide my identity. There is this Equity Bank Credit Manager stationed at Kariobangi Branch by the name James Gakundi. The guy has been so unprofessional in dealing with staff and has even gone to the extent of almost engaging fellow staff in fistfights; it's been his mode of operation even from previous branches he has worked at. The guy seems to have a godfather because all the incidents are reported, and no action has ever been taken against him, and he even boasts about it, saying even if you report him to anybody within the ranks, there is nothing that will be done. On this particular video, he is pushing the credit staff out of the meeting for being 5 minutes late without listening to the reasons behind their lateness. The subject staff stay along Thika Road, and this specific day, the Gen Zs had planned for riots; hence there were matatus on the road. The guys tried their best to get to the office, but he became unruly and pushed them out as per the video. This incident was reported to the relevant departments, but since he has people who support him, the case never got resolved. However, he now became very sarcastic and bullish to the staff, with pride that no matter where you report him, nothing will ever be done to him. This is a corporate institution, but the guy has made it look like a casual mjengo organization where he threatens and intimidates staff and even customers. On 25th January 2025, he was harassing a customer who had visited his office for an inquiry together with the security lady who had accompanied the client to show her the office; when the customer service supervisors interjected, he blew out with noise and unruliness, prompting the clients who were in the office to interject. Is this the way Equity Managers are supposed to handle both staff and clients in this era of mental health awareness? Kindly expose this to the public."

A very good morning. Welcome to The Council Benji This marks the third Skull in a little run. The first went to a fund I've never met. The second: through Eli Scheinman to a new collector/foundation who has been quietly entering the space in a very significant way across a number of collections whom I’ve never spoken to. Their new entrance enabled a wedding and start of a new married life for Conviction. In my very first conversation with him, we spoke about curses and commitments to the people we love. Since meeting got to talk through each step on that path, from letting go, what is imbued in the ring and ceremony of it all, a proposal, and on the way to the most important of the steps in pursuit of a blessed life. It is easy to get a little cynical on the over-leveraged exit stories that spring up from time to time, so it is a treat to watch one go towards a celebration that’s been building up in his life since the Skull was first acquired. And now: this. The third Skull and the first I can really write about as a shared story across both source and destination. An exit and an entrance. The exit: The Skulls of Luci were awarded as gifts 4 years ago. But before I'd minted Birth of Luci or painted the other 49, the first person in this space I showed the sketch of The Blueprint Skull to was actually Casey💎, when he was working at SuperRare . Casey was the very first person who onboarded me to NFTs, helping me navigate the early days of whatever it meant to even mint something. I explained the idea of gifting one to each person who bid in my first auctions. Though most of the Skulls went to the bidders, Casey's didn't. He didn't ask for one. I didn't tell him I'd give him one. But he helped me take my first steps here, and it's hard to imagine any of this making sense, or unfolding the way it has, without him. Since then, we've broken bread across continents, seen quite a lot of chortling margarita consumption, watched the rise and fall of a lot around us, weathered inter-Council dramas. He brought Laura El into The Monument Game, played as a Player, wore a Mask. Most of the vibe that started all of this, the wild west of it, feels faded in the broader space at times. But every Skull has a story and a person who helped us get here. Casey will always be the one who was there before any metric muddled the reason to care. The entrance: Last fall, Benji came over for a studio visit. We walked through Luci, the works, structure, and dream, as anyone who visits does. But we mostly talked about being a father and having a father. We discussed the very idea of "collection" stripped of accumulation, value, or signal, located more in the act or ceremony of it. What it was to grow up with a curious father who studied the edges of each thing he saw to know the next layer beneath why anyone might look or ignore it. That to pass this on is to pass on questioning, more than it is to pass on any kind of answer. The process of collecting can be perceived as an individual act of hoarding. For some it is maybe. But at its best, it's a way to bind through shared questioning, to bond in cooperation and competition with friends and family, it is the swapped story and meme of it all, and each object gathered along the way carries some shared memory that can, often does, and with intent: should; drift out of the object entirely. All in the psalm, always has been. The studio visit came and went. Soon after, a package arrived in the mail with two of the softest stuffed animals added to my daughter's own collection, now among her favorites. The Skull is a bonus to that, in the scheme of shared memory. For Rachel and I, while we are heads down making a body of work that unsettles us and excites us but demands unknown time to accomplish, it means a great deal to have this kind of support from long term people in the quiet process of making work we want to leave behind ourselves. Enormously grateful to Casey for the many years of support and friendship, to Benny for being a true patron, and to Benji for entering the arena for what I'm working on next. Welcome.

Man Arrested for Brutal Assault on Schoolgirl Over Mango Theft in Maiduguri By: Zagazola Makama A man identified as Mamman Shettima Baba has been arrested for brutally beating a young schoolgirl for plucking mangoes from a compound in the Pompomari Housing Estate of Maiduguri. The incident, captured on video and circulated widely on social media, showed Shettima Baba repeatedly flogging the girl with a thick stick while his wife recorded the assault, encouraging him to “beat her more.” According to eyewitnesses, the girl and her friends were on their way home from school when they noticed an open gate with a mango tree inside. Acting on youthful curiosity, they entered the compound and picked some mangoes. However, some Almajiri children caught one of the girls and handed her over to the woman residing in the house. She, in turn, ordered her husband to violently punish the child. The Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC) responded swiftly to the viral video and arrested the suspect. The Commandant of the Corps, Abdulrazaq Haroon, confirmed the arrest and added that during preliminary investigations, Shettima Baba confessed to the assault, justifying his actions by claiming that students had been persistently plucking mangoes from his tree. The brutality of the attack, however, has sparked public outrage, with legal practitioners, child rights activists, and government officials demanding strict legal action against the suspect. In response to the attack, Hamza Nuhu Dantani, a legal practitioner, has petitioned the Borno State Commissioner of Police, calling for the immediate arrest and prosecution of the suspect. The petition outlines charges of culpable homicide, assault, criminal intimidation, and causing grievous hurt, citing violations of the Borno State Penal Code Law, 2023. It also accuses the suspect of attempted homicide and calls for: The immediate arrest and prosecution of Shettima Baba. A full investigation to identify and prosecute any accomplices. Medical and psychological support for the traumatized young victim. A public warning against violence and abuse of minors. Meanwhile, The Borno State Commissioner of Education, Lawan Abbah Wakilbe, and the Commissioner of Justice have both assured the public that justice will be served. Wakilbe gave the assurance when he visited the NSCSC command and commend the officers for the swift intervention. My take; Despite public outcry and legal provisions protecting minors, cases of human rights abuses in Borno State often fail to reach their logical conclusion. Many perpetrators walk free due to political influence, connections with high-ranking officials, or social stigma that discourages victims from seeking justice. In several past cases, suspects were released without trial, while victims or their families were pressured into withdrawing complaints. The culture of impunity surrounding child abuse, domestic violence, and police brutality in the state has raised concerns about the effectiveness of the legal system in holding offenders accountable. Observers are closely watching how this latest case will be handled, as many believe it could set a precedent for future human rights cases in the state. Fellow Zimbabweans, As a retired Lieutenant General who has devoted my life to the defence and service of our nation, I address you at a moment of profound consequence for Zimbabwe’s future. The matters now before Parliament are not abstract legalities; they are decisions that will determine whether our children and grandchildren inherit a nation governed by democratic principles, accountable institutions, and a genuine possibility of change or whether power will be further concentrated in ways that constrict popular participation and erode public trust. I have watched our country through moments of trial and triumph. I have seen soldiers and civilians alike sacrifice, and I have witnessed the courage of communities who, through their daily toil, keep this nation going. Service to country is not merely a profession; it is a moral obligation to defend the principles that underpin the legitimacy of governance: fairness, transparency, and the right of the people to choose their leaders. It is in that spirit that I make my position clear. I lend my endorsement to Vice President General Constantino Chiwenga as the person best suited, within the current political realities, to resist the constitutional changes set out in Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3, and to act as a steward for the preservation of democratic practice and institutional integrity. My endorsement is not given lightly. It flows from three convictions born of experience in governance, security, and public service. First, the content and consequences of the proposed amendments are fundamentally at odds with democratic accountability. Provisions that extend an incumbent’s tenure, lengthen presidential terms from five to seven years, substitute direct popular election with a parliamentary selection process, and enlarge presidential appointment powers, collectively alter the architecture of state power. These changes diminish the direct role of citizens in determining who should lead them, concentrate authority in the executive, and expand patronage networks that can erode institutional checks and balances. For a nation that claims to honour the ballot, reducing the people’s franchise on who should be President is a retrograde step. Second, the timing and context of this Bill cannot be ignored. Zimbabweans today confront urgent social and economic crises: overstretched health facilities lacking basic medicines, deteriorating infrastructure, high unemployment and underemployment especially in the informal economy, rampant corruption, and basic service delivery failures that leave households without safe water or reliable electricity for days on end. It is morally indefensible that when citizens most need competence, accountability and reform, the energies of Parliament are consumed by proposals that could entrench political advantage rather than address the daily hardships of our people. Third, the political arithmetic that undergirds this Bill is clear and perilous. With the ruling party’s dominant parliamentary presence and a fragmented opposition, a shift to an indirectly elected presidency would likely cement one party’s control for decades. This is not speculative; the proposed sequencing of term extensions makes clear that the path being charted guarantees prolonged control irrespective of public sentiment. When the rules of the political game are rewritten by those who stand to benefit directly, the result is a democratic deficit that will weaken public trust and social cohesion. It is precisely because of these risks that I believe Vice President General Constantino Chiwenga represents the most credible internal check within the existing political framework.

🚨BREAKING: Violent protest erupts in Pucheng, Shaanxi Province following tragic student death A violent mass protest has erupted in Pucheng, Shaanxi Province in the last 24 hours, following the mysterious death of 17-year-old Dang Changxin. This is the first large-scale protest in China of 2025. Videos circulating online show heavily armed police using batons, kicking protesters, and deploying tear gas to disperse the crowds. The unrest, sparked by public outrage over the handling of Dang’s death and alleged attempts at a cover-up by local authorities, has escalated into one of the most visible challenges to public order in recent months. The Public Security Bureau has been deployed to maintain control as tensions continue to rise. 📆 Timeline of Events 1 January 2025: Dang Changxin allegedly fell to his death from the roof of Pucheng Vocational Education school. 2 January 2025 (Early Morning): Dang’s parents were summoned to the school, informed only that something urgent had happened. Dang’s mother arrived but was not permitted to see her son. His classmates appeared flustered and avoided her questions before quickly dispersing. She was taken to a room, confined there, and denied updates on her son's condition. Later that morning: The deputy director of the local police station informed Dang’s mother that her son had committed suicide by jumping from the school roof. The investigation was declared complete and closed within 24 hours. Afternoon: After repeated demands, Dang’s mother was allowed to see her son at the funeral home. Her brief viewing revealed a bruise on his neck, but teachers forcibly stopped her from inspecting the body further or taking photos. This was her only opportunity to see her son’s body. ⚠️ Suspicious Circumstances The school reportedly confiscated and wiped the mobile phones and smartwatches of all students with potential knowledge of the incident. Witnesses noted signs of a struggle in Dang’s dormitory, but the school has not addressed these claims. Online speculation suggests Dang may have been pushed from the roof, allegedly by children of local officials. Dang’s family has rejected the official explanation, recording videos to publicize their demands for justice. Censors have aggressively suppressed these efforts. Public anger has surged over perceived indifference and a cover-up by the local government and police. Crowds gathered at the school, demanding accountability. ❗️Breakout into violence Although the exact trigger for the clash with police remains unclear, videos circulating on X show protesters storming the school gates and struggling against armed police. The violent response from authorities, including baton strikes and tear gas, has further inflamed tensions. The death of Dang Changxin and the violent crackdown on protests in Pucheng reveal systemic failures of transparency, accountability, and governance in China’s local institutions. The situation remains volatile. (video source: 李老师不是你老师 )

Over the past week, following the directive of the political echelon and the recommendation of the IDF, three out of four aid distribution centers in Gaza operated by the American GHF foundation have begun operating. The American organization has deployed hundreds of staff including distributors, ushers, truck drivers, and security personnel to deliver food packages to residents in the Rafah area (Tel al-Sultan and the Morag route) and south of the Netzarim corridor in central Gaza. Israel continues to refuse to comment on the funding of the American initiative, which is being led by the Prime Minister’s Office and his military secretary, Maj. Gen. Roman Gofman, while fully excluding the Defense Ministry and COGAT. In recent days, Israel has declined to disclose information on how the American company is being funded, how salaries are paid to its workers, and whether the food supplies might be funded by Israeli taxpayers. Israeli officials say the centers are designed to serve up to 1.2 million Gazans by distributing weekly food packages to families. The distribution is being carried out by American workers, as instructed by IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, while Israeli soldiers secure the areas from a distance. The defense establishment plans to build four more distribution centers. According to Israel, the program is based on two key goals: first, cutting Hamxs off from humanitarian aid; and second, separating the population from Hamxs. The ultimate aim is to cripple Hamxs’ ability to govern and break its connection with the civilian population, making clear they no longer need it. Israeli officials say that for months, Hamxs has been running a cynical disinformation campaign against the plan, pushing a false narrative that the aid effort is part of an Israeli conspiracy to “displace” Gaza’s population. After the launch of the distribution centers under American security management, Hamxs took steps to intimidate the public, including threats and roadblocks to prevent people from reaching the sites. Despite this, security officials say residents are flocking to the centers in large numbers. In recent days, tens of thousands of people arrived at the distribution sites, where 35,000 food packages were handed out, each enough to support a family for five to seven days. Currently, the UN—expected to play a central role in humanitarian relief, especially in areas without distribution centers like northern Gaza—refuses to participate in the new aid program and has publicly opposed it. Israeli officials report that the UN has recently slowed or even halted its aid distribution in Gaza. To support UN efforts, joint meetings were held with IDF and COGAT representatives to coordinate logistics, improve traffic flow, and increase driver availability. Since aid truck deliveries resumed—prior to the activation of the new distribution sites as part of Operation “Gideon’s Chariots”—760 trucks have passed through the Kerem Shalom crossing. Of these, UN agencies have collected only 238. The majority of aid trucks have been looted, mainly by armed clans and local Gazans. Over 550 trucks are now waiting on the Palestinian side of the crossing, with the UN refraining from collecting or distributing the aid due to operational issues, looting, and what officials describe as low motivation following the launch of the new distribution system. A senior security official stated: “The fear barrier from Hamxs has been broken—Hamxs repeatedly tried to suppress the population and resist the distribution plan to maintain its control over food and, by extension, the people of Gaza.” Via איתי בלומנטל 🇮🇱 Itay Blumental

Hi Maria Ressa I am addressing this long post to you here on X, knowing it will reach you directly. In a decade from now, you could ask any listener what they remember from your Harvard commencement speech, and the vast majority would only recall these shocking words from your 23-minute address. “Because I accepted your invitation to be here today, I was attacked online and called anti-semitic. By power and money”, Because they want power and money.” Words you carefully selected, reviewed, and edited for months, a speech that you describe was more difficult for you to prepare than your The Nobel Prize acceptance lecture. In the Ethics of The Fathers 1:11, Avtalyon, the great rabbinic sage from Jerusalem, in the 1st century BCE cautioned, "Sages, be careful with your words, lest you incur the penalty of exile, and be carried off to a place of evil waters." Your words hold weight, and it's vital to avoid ambiguity and imprecision, as they can lead people astray. Your Nobel Prize celebrated your defense of free speech and your commitment to combating fake news and misinformation, and speaking truth to power. Your entire career and public role is to amplify the words of King Solomon in Proverbs “Words kill, words give life; they're either poison or fruit—you choose. You are a leading voice in warning of the danger of how conspiratorial words online can lead to physical hate offline. One of the most pernicious outcomes of social media is the record level of Antisemtic and hate speech targeted at Jews in 2024. Shockingly, during your commencement speech, you violated the values you espouse by allowing your words to be interpreted to fan the flames of age old tropes of Jew hatred of how they lust for money and power. While I acknowledge that your intention may not have been directed against Jews with money and power, but rather against those in politics, media, and business including Harvard Alumni, both Jewish and non-Jewish, who accused you of being antisemitic online, because they seek power and wealth, you knew that your words would easily be misconstrued. When you stood on that podium, it was your voice that was the power. Now it is the public that must demand a clarification to speak truth to your power. The President of Harvard Chabad, Rabbi Hershey Zarchi, was correct to ask you to clarify your words on stage, immediately after the speech, that he and many others found to be antisemitic and when you would not agree to publicly clarify, he did the most important public protest against your easily misconstrued words and walked off the stage. The walk off of the year, this time standing tall with truth to your power. You should clarify your words and explain what you meant and who you were referring to on one side and apologize for failing to be vigilant in avoiding language that inadvertently fuels bigotry, Jew hatred and discrimination. You also used similar words later in your speech to describe Mark Zuckerberg and the tech bros, controlling the world. When George Soros was named in political attack ads by the right, during the last presidential election cycle, it was rightfully called out by the left as antisemetic tropes. I wouldn’t otherwise include your words against Mark Zuckerberg as antisemetic tropes, as I believe his success and the power of Meta/ Facebook to be the fulfillment of what is possible in the USA. Considering how you were carefully vague on who you were referring to in your response to those calling you antisemitic, your attack on Mark Zuckerberg can also be misconstrued as another “Jew” controlling the world. Yes, it is horrible and unnerving to be accused of being Antisemitic, hate speech was hurled at you during your career from being accused of being part of the CIA to being a communist, you should relate personally to what has long been done to Jews no matter if they are rich, poor, exalted or downtrodden.

🚨EXCLUSIVE VIDEO and EXPOSÉ: CHRISTOPHER NIENHUIS CAUGHT AS*AULTING A FEMALE STUDENT BEFORE SEPARATE ST*BBING INCIDENT: ENTIRE FAMILY HAS HISTORY OF TARGETING The same advocates for Karmelo Anthony are now defending Christopher Nienhuis, the teen who st*bbed another teen in a North Texas community park last year. They claim “victim” and are now claiming that his father is also a “victim, despite the fact that Mark Nienhuis was just charged with aggravated As*ault with a Deadly Weapon Causing Serious Bodily Injury and EIGHT counts of Aggravated As*ault with a Deadly Weapon after his gunfire struck his OWN 11-year-old daughter. However, I have spent countless hours digging deeply into the family and interviewing those close by in Midlothian. This was prompted by the fact that Dominque Alexander (a previous spokesperson for Karmelo Anthony) claimed Christopher was a “victim” and his family had suffered from “racism” and “targeting”. Dominque Alexander, a career criminal himself, has defended all the wrong people in an effort to position himself in the spotlight, and I immediately knew that what he claimed was nonsense. His voice always raises a red flag. I was right. Christopher Nienhuis, and his brothers, have a past of harassment, fighting and causing trouble within the community. Christopher, who is currently on house arrest for a st*bbing and awaiting trial, physically as*aulted a fellow student in October, 2024. I have obtained video footage of the as*ault. According to witnesses I have spoke with and the obtained report, Christopher grabbed the female student’s cell phone and threw it across the room. He also broke the victim’s laptop. He then began to punch the female till she was finally underneath him. This is where the recording begins below. She was hit in the head but thankfully was not seriously injured. His family did later try to make excuses for Christopher and claimed that the female student had “tried to wrap the charging cord around Christopher’s head”. The police stated that Christopher never made this claim, and suffered no marks. It would seem that holding their son accountable tends to be an ongoing issue, considering Mark (his father) posted Christopher’s bail after the parking lot stabbing. After the altercation in the classroom, the victim was scared to attend class, and attended school online, causing her to miss the rest of her high school experience. Also, following the classroom fight, Markel Nienhuis (the older brother) posted a childhood photo of his brothers on Snapchat with the caption “Call 1-800-Whoop THAT H0”. Also, on one of the female victim’s Instagram lives, Jayden Nienhuis (another brother) posted “I’ll use the brick method on all y’all” and “Ima touch all ya’ll when ya’ll sleep”. From April of 2022, I have also obtained a video of all of the Nienhuis brothers fighting. According to the witness I obtained the video from, two large groups were fighting eachother. And you can visibly seen Chris Nienhuis (black T-shirt) hitting a boy in a blue hoodie in the face with a rock. In a third video I obtained, Chris is fighting in a class hallway. According to a source, this fight ended up continuing in the school bathroom. And according to the witness, Chris and his friends reportedly made a few edits of the student he fought and shared it online in an effort to bully him. So while these so-called “advocates” try to paint this as a good family being unfairly targeted, here’s the reality: A little girl has been shot - by her own father. That father now sits in a hospital facing multiple violent felony charges. And his son - the one they’re calling a “victim” - is awaiting trial for stabbing another teenager and nearly killing him. This seems to be an unfortunate family pattern. And others are suffering the consequences.

#ZimElection2023 CHAMISA RAN HIS CAMPAIGN LIKE AN INDEPENDENT CANDIDATE WITH NO STRUCTURES AND EXPECTED TO WIN AND BECOME PRESIDENT WITH NO MAJORITY IN PARLIAMENT This is what Nelson Chamisa said on 21 June 2023 about the strategic thrust of the campaign of his CCC in the 2023 harmonised general election held last week: "our [CCC] campaign is going to be basically a presidential... our [CCC] focus is not to be in parliament but to be in government. We [as MDC opposition] have been in parliament for a long time, that's not our [CCC] station of choice at the moment". The fact that Chamisa thought he could win the presidential election even if, or regardless of whether, his CCC won a majority in Parliament, explains his crushing defeat. An election in Zimbabwe is defined in terms of section 4 of the Electoral Act which provides that: election” means— (a) the election of a member of Parliament; or (b) an election to the office of President; or (c) an election for the purposes of the Rural District Councils Act [Chapter 29:13] or the Urban Councils Act [Chapter 29:15]; as the case may be. These three elections used to be held separately before they were harmonised for the first time in the 2008 election in terms of section 38 of the Act. It is odd and even irrational, and it defies the logic of the harmonised general election for any political party that seeks power to govern the country as a whole to only target – as did Chamisa in the 2023 harmonised general election held last week –winning only one of the three elections, just the presidential election. It is foolhardy for a political party to say its strategy and focus is only to win the presidential election, without basing that strategy and focus on winning the local authority and parliamentary elections, as well. Such a strategy, if it can be called a strategy, renders the presidential candidate no different from an independent presidential candidate who contests for the presidency without the advantage of the structures of a political party. Simply put, a presidential candidate in Zimbabwe cannot win a presidential election if the candidate does not have a campaign strategy that is based on his or her political party winning a majority of wards in the local authority election, and a majority of constituencies in the parliamentary election. If it’s an independent presidential candidate, then he or she must have ground structures of one sort or another, or forget it. Chamisa contested the presidential election as if he was an independent candidate, and he boasted about it, without relying on his CCC and without any ground structures. In the circumstances, just how or why did Chamisa expect to win the presidential election by effectively running as an independent candidate? Which structures did Chamisa expect to use, or did he in fact use to campaign for the presidency in every street and every village, across the length and breadth of the country? Since by his own admission, as quoted above and reflected on the attached video clip, Chamisa was clearly not relying on his CCC to win the presidency. This begs the question: by not relying on CCC structures, and by not having alternative ground structures in the streets and in villages, did Chamisa think that ZanuPF members and supports would vote for him, as an act of God, perhaps? Was Chamisa's presidential election campaign, for him an article of faith, in other words was it about his belief that God had chosen him, and that he would win regardless of whether or not CCC won a majority in the local authority and parliamentary elections? Where did Chamisa and his supporters in Zimbabwe and among the legions of his fans in America and Europe think he would get the necessary number of polling agents to monitor the voting and vote counting at the country’s 12,374 polling stations, and to secure the 12,374 V11s from those polling stations, given the fact that he actually ran for the presidency as an independent candidate, expecting to be supported less by his own CCC party and more by the members and supporters of ZanuPF? Does this kind of strategy make sense to anyone on earth? And, does that strategy make sense to Nerves Mumba and his Sadc Election Observation Mission or to any other foreign election observation mission that was in Zimbabwe last week like, say for example, the European Union Observer Mission or any of the several observer missions from the United States that were in Zimbabwe to observe the elections? How did the various foreign election observer missions and Chamisa’s social media supporters expect him to win the presidential election, not only where and when his CCC party was losing the local authority and parliamentary elections but, and critically, where Chamisa himself did not believe that the local authority and parliamentary elections were important or necessary for him to win the presidency? The fact that the loquacious, belligerent and inflammatory foreign election observer missions that are peddling falsehoods about the elections, and Chamisa’s social media supporters who claim with no evidence that Chamisa won, did not raise a finger against the results of the local and parliamentary elections that were declared at 1970 wards and 209 constituencies well ahead of the declaration of the result for the presidential election on 26 August, clearly means that there was no problem with two of the three elections that make up Zimbabwe’s harmonised general election. Only after the declaration of the presidential election result on 26 August did all hell break loose. It must be asked, again, how did anyone expect Chamisa to win a presidential election whose campaign was – as per Chamisa’s deliberate strategy – organised and pursued as if it was the presidential campaign of an independent candidate? Chamisa’s presidential election campaign was not based on the CCC parliamentary election campaign or on CCC’s structural capacity on the ground, strangely, it was based on the expectation that ZanuPF members and supporters would vote for Chamisa. Why on earth did anyone expect ZanuPF members and supporters to vote for someone whose base is ever singing cacophonic noise that ZanuPF must go, and hurling insults at the incumbent party, its officials and its supporters? What kind of politics is that? You are contemptuous of ZanuPF and anyone associated with it, but you expect ZanuPF members and supporters to vote for you. This expectation does not compute, certainly not in electoral politics. As things turned out, ZanuPF members and supporters who are registered voters voted for their party candidates in all the three elections: local authority election, the parliamentary election and the presidential election. As a result, in the parliamentary election, CCC won just 73 constituency seats. There's just no way that CCC's 73 constituency seats in the National Assembly would have boosted Chamisa to win the presidency. No ways. In Zimbabwe's first harmonised general election in 2008, Morgan Tsvangirai did well in the first round of the presidential election primarily if not only because the two MDC formations used their round structures to win a majority in Parliament with a combined strength of 110 constituency seats, while ZanuPF garnered 99 seats and an independent got one seat. This was the first time since independence in 1980 that the opposition commanded the majority in Parliament. So, clearly, in 2008 Tsvangirai was propelled by the solid parliamentary performance of the MDC formations. The same structural dynamic was conspicuously absent for Chamisa in the just ended harmonised general election. Chamisa ran a solo presidential election campaign and, predictably, it went horribly wrong. The fact that CCC did not field local authority candidates in 90 wards made a bad situation worse for Chamisa, and it was further compounded by the fact that CCC did not have ground structures to harness and harvest from the loose and unreliable protest vote, especially in the wards and constituencies outside CCC strongholds, which in fact used to be MDC strongholds in the days of Morgan Tsvangirai!

What if any preparations have you seen Iran make ahead of the war? Can you discuss It’s missile capabilities? Any intelligence capabilities? Any surprises it might happen in store? When the 12-day war ended, I estimated that Iran would need about six months to recover, including its nuclear program. Contrary to popular belief, Iran did not lose its entire long-range or medium-range air defense network; while some launchers were damaged, the primary targets of the Israeli strikes were the radar systems. Once the radars were neutralized, Iran successfully hid the bulk of its remaining batteries, leaving much of its arsenal intact. In contrast, short-range systems like the Tor-M1 and domestic variants were heavily engaged against cruise missiles, often being lost or damaged only after their ammunition was completely exhausted. Since then, Iran has worked to rebuild its destroyed radar network and, above all, to implement a genuine counterintelligence doctrine. The Mossad operations against Iranian radars and air defense systems have shaped new perimeter defense and counterintelligence doctrines not only in Iran but in other countries as well. If we look at the quantity of weapons and the organization of armed groups during Iran’s most recent protests, I would say the problem of foreign intelligence operations inside the country remains severe. This seriously threatens much of Iran’s capabilities, and I foresee a wave of sabotage operations as a new war draws closer. Iran has begun receiving collaboration from China across multiple areas, from satellites to internal counterintelligence, but it may still take some time for this to produce tangible results. During the last years, the Mossad relied heavily on cell phones, using SMS for recruitment and accessing device GPS for target location. Iran has since focused intensely on preventing any repetition of this, and on this specific issue, the Chinese appear to have provided support. Although foreign intelligence services have operated extensively inside Iran, the scale of any armed opposition groups is negligible compared to the Iranian armed forces, which could still draw on allied paramilitaries and militias in neighboring countries, including the Houthis. Iran has become a missile power with a stockpile far larger than Western estimates suggest. As early as 1998, Iran was already producing missiles with ranges exceeding 1,000 km, and it has continued doing so ever since, developing 12 to 15 different models in that range - meaning all are capable of reaching Israel. That is nearly 30 years of continuous missile production, resulting in a stockpile of several thousands. Another area where Iran has emerged as a global power is drones, including underwater ones. Iran’s UUVs have evolved rapidly into mass-produced models with integrated AI, and I believe they hold some major surprises in reserve. A key point today is that the AN/TPY-2 radars, which played a critical role in tracking Iranian missiles, would be among the first targets to be engaged. These high-powered X-band radars are the backbone of regional missile defense, providing essential data to THAAD and Patriot batteries. However, because they are large, stationary, and emit high-energy signals, they are highly vulnerable to a first-strike or saturation attack, which would effectively 'blind' the entire defensive network. Obviously, a defense budget of nearly one trillion dollars cannot be compared to Iran’s, but the real question is whether the cost and effort are worth the potential casualties. Even without Israel, the Americans maintain an immense advantage in aerial operations over Iran; however, as I have stated before, this superiority does not translate to the maritime theater.

The quiet power given to Susie Wiles: "Two of President Trump's sons are hyper-aware of the problems with Operation Warp Speed and the shot...a couple of us...were invited to present to President Trump when he was still a candidate...[but] his chief of staff (Susie Wiles, former lobbyist) blocked us at that point in time." Some interesting background information on Susie. She's a self described moderate. She's worked in politics for decades. "After Trump's 2016 victory, Wiles became a partner at Ballard Partners, a Florida-based lobbying firm founded by Brian Ballard. The firm opened an office in Washington, D.C., and quickly became successful, earning more than $70 million in lobbying fees during Trump's first term in office by representing various corporate clients, federal disclosures show." In 2017, Wiles registered as a lobbyist for Globovisión, a Venezuelan TV network owned by Raúl Gorrín, a businessman charged in Miami with money laundering. In 2019, she registered with the Justice Department as a foreign agent working for one of Nigeria's main Democratic party for two months. After becoming Trump’s de facto campaign manager in 2022, Wiles kept on lobbying, this time for Mercury, a multinational public affairs and lobbying firm. Most recently she was representing the maker of Swisher Sweets cigars (who donates to the local establishment, like John Rutherford, state reps and city counci. "Days after it was announced that Susie Wiles was joining Mercury, another big name joined the firm. Robert Jones, who was serving as senior vice president of government relations and public affairs at vaccine-maker Pf*zer, became managing director at Mercury after 19 years of working for Pf*zer." Some of Wiles’ clients, a trade group for children’s hospitals, homebuilders, and the City of Jacksonville, Florida. Speaking of Jacksonville; Trump transition spokesman Brian Hughes (Jacksonville swamp) defended Wiles from claims that her past work as a lobbyist would impact how Trump runs the White House."Susie Wiles has an undeniable reputation of the highest integrity and steadfast commitment to service both inside and outside government," Hughes said. "She will bring this same integrity and commitment as she serves President Trump in the White House, and that is exactly why she was selected." Wiles most recently worked as the co-chair for the Florida and Washington, D.C., offices of Mercury Public Affairs, a lobbying firm whose clients include AirBnB, AT&T, eBay, Pfizer, Tesla and the Embassy of Qatar, If you ever scratched your head at Trump appointments and endorsements. "Wiles will be in charge of vetting candidates seeking Trump's endorsement. Wiles has been tasked with overseeing Trump's fundraising operation and creating a system for issuing endorsements." It seems as though Susie is catching on to the negative media and doing damage control. If you see puff pieces, that's why.
