Why is it even legal to do this? If it’s not ethical to cut off the healthy limbs of a person who identifies as an amputee (apotemnophilia), then why are doctors allowed to do mastectomies on healthy breasts? Why are insurance companies paying for it? How can this be ethical?

Doc probably did the right side (anatomic right) and a resident or student did the left, shittier looking suturing. Its the skin suture, monocryl, not the vicryl underneath, that's 'puckered'. Why are all these women so obese?
