I fulfilled my promise a couple of days ago by telling The Northern Neck Regional Jail that I was not going to allow the abuses that happened to me and others go without answer. I lost 30 pounds in 21 days because of the jails inability to feed me the medically needed diet I needed. I later lost another 30 pounds before i was transferred. I have thousands of pages of notes and grievances that I am now going to show the world and change this un-American judicial system we have in place. I faced the people who tortured me for over a year. I lost 60 pounds over a year. I was terrified. I might have stumbled but I did what few prisoners were able to do. I fought back, and I'm here to tell the world it's not right what the government is doing behind these bars. The siege of the Home 2 Suites hotel last night and a story of bravery. Courage - The capacity to endure, struggle, and act despite facing extreme danger, pain, or death. 8:46pm: Outside of the Home 2 Suites on University Ave in Minneapolis the first video is posted by and protesters have already blocked the road with trash bins, garbage, and are making a loud racket. Roughly a hundred people are outside of the hotel they believe federal agents are staying at. 9:09pm: Rioters are lighting off fireworks and the crowd is growing. They are blocking traffic and controlling the road. The outside of the building is vandalized, and the crowd is writing, “F*ck ICE" on the windows. 9:19pm: Agitators are attempting to storm the entrance and are met by hotel security. “You got to get out right now.” says a staff member as he tries to lock and bar the doors. Strobe lights, noise makers are constant while the hotel staff pleads with agitators to leave. “All the staff is local, man.” 9:51pm: One lone MPD officer is attempting to assist hotel staff and is barricading the door. Rioters push, shove, and attack the staff to keep the door open. Objects go flying and reporters are hit with glass bottles/ice bottles. “F*ck you!” Rioters scream. It’s at this moment the rioters attack the outside of the building. Ripping signs off, defacing property, hacking at the structure with shovels. Hotel staff continues to be assaulted. Debris is starting to fill the lobby. Shortly after, the first windows are shattered. There is still only one police officer present. Reporter on the ground states, “Doesn’t seem like more police is expected to come.” As the battle for the lobby rages, multiple clashes and confrontations continue.; Roughly 10:52pm. 3 officers from the Bureau of Prisons arrive. Running down the sidewalk tossing tear gas canisters as they charge into the fray. Explosions go off and all BOP officers head for the front doors. “Get out of our city your pieces of sh*t!” screams one rioter. One person approaches the front and yells, “I am not scared of your pu**y ass!” and he’s immediately hit by a bean bag round. “GET BACK!” Shouts the BOP officer. Clouds of gas envelope the scene. The lone officer is bloodied off camera as he guards the entrance while hotel guests are evacuated. Surrounded by 10+ reporters he shouts, “Where is the local PD?! That’s my question to the press. Where is the local PD?” “Please, give me some room. It’s me and 30 people. Please, get back.” One press member offers assistance due to his bleeding. He turns and spits blood onto the ground and maintains his post. “GET BACK!” He bellows to the crowd and provides instructions to his team inside to not bring any guests out the front. Another officer arrives from inside and maintains the post. It is now almost 11:00pm, and there is no sign of back-up. With bloodied hands, he uses his cell phone to make a call. “We need you here.” Roughly 11:04pm the main officer exits the hotel to confront a rioter and an object come in off screen and strikes him in the head. 11:05. More agents can be seen exiting the building and the SRT has arrived in an armored vehicle. A fresh volley of gas canisters is deployed and the scene is cleared. Other officers have arrived and roughly a 100 MPD officers are coming up the road. Mass arrests take place including members of the media. An announcement comes over the speaker system, “This is the Minneapolis Police Department. You are all under arrest. Sit Down.” Muffled explosions continue and more police arrive. It is unknown the condition of the officer who sustained injuries or the amount of arrests. Other reporters documented numerous vehicles being destroyed. These BOP officers charged into danger. Ghislaine Maxwell gleefully boasts that she's happier than ever in low-level prison: 'It's like Alice in Wonderland!' | Emma Richter, Daily Mail Convicted criminal Ghislaine Maxwell has cheerfully gushed about her splendid life inside a new low-level prison in Texas, and even compared it to the fantasy world of Alice in Wonderland. Jeffrey Epstein's madame, who is serving 20 years for her role in recruiting and trafficking minors for sex for him, gladly opened up about her cushy new prison life that makes her feel 'safer' and 'more comfortable' compared to her old digs. 'The institution is run in an orderly fashion which makes for a safer more comfortable environment for all people concerned, inmates and guards alike,' the 63-year-old wrote in an email to a relative obtained by NBC News. 'In other words I feel like I have dropped through Alice in Wonderlands looking glass. I am much much happier here and more importantly safe,' the dead financer's right-hand woman said. 'So yes everyone can breath [sic] a sigh,' she added. Maxwell went on to discuss how much cleaner the facility is and even gave a special nod to Tanisha Hall, the warden of Federal Prison Camp Bryan - where she is serving her sentence. 'Bryan is a different beast in every possible respect to Tal. It is a well managed well run institution with an execellent [sic] Warden who leads from the top. 'She is a true professional and the best representative of the BOP I have met,' she said of Hall. The disgraced socialite also boasted about the lack of violent behavior from behind bars and the excellent food service she receives. 'The food is legions better, the place is clean, the staff responsive and polite - I haven't seen or heard the usual foul language or screaming accompanied by threats leveled at inmates by anyone,' Maxwell wrote. She added: 'I have not seen a single fight, drug deal, passed out person or naked inmate running around or several of them congregating in a shower!' In another correspondence she detailed how thrilled she was to know that wild animals aren't contaminating the food and kitchen space. 'The kitchen looks clean too — no possums falling from the celling [sic] to fry unfortunately on ovens, and become mingled with the food being served,' she stated. The emails were shared with the House Judiciary Committee after Democrat Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland wrote to Hall on October 20 inquiring about Maxwell's reported lavish treatment behind bars. The Texas prison, which is not known for housing inmates convicted of sexual-related crimes like hers, became Maxwell's new home in July after she had a meeting with Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche about the alleged Epstein files. The files were believed to include a reported VIP client list created by the dead pedophile of those who were involved in Epstein's sick scheme, but according to Maxwell no such list exists. Although Maxwell seems very happy to share her new living conditions, her attorney David Oscar Markus said it's about time people 'get over the fact that she is in a safer facility' and that 'there's nothing journalistic about publishing a prisoner's private emails.' He added: 'Anyone still interested in that kind of gossip reveals far more about themselves than about Ghislaine. It’s time to get over the fact that she is in a safer facility. We should want that for everyone.' The felon's brother, Ian Maxwell, said his messages with his sister are between them, so he believes 'they were stolen and leaked without authorisation [sic] and represent a breach of intellectual property rights and the fundamental right of all citizens to privacy.' Her emails suggest Maxwell might be getting special help behind bars, especially from the warden. In a September correspondence, Maxwell shared how Hall helped her when she ran into an issue with receiving documents by a specific deadline to appeal before the Supreme Court. 'Her creative solution was that you EM/scan it to her and she will scan back my changes! Of course that is fantastic as it saves days and days,' she said of the warden. The family of Virginia Giuffre, who suffered abuse at the hands of Epstein and his girlfriend, as well as alleged abuse from Andrew Mountbatten Windsor, the former Duke of York, are not at all pleased with Maxwell's new life behind bars. In a statement to NBC News, the family said: 'We strongly reject the notion that a convicted child sex trafficker should reside in a residential neighborhood shielded by fences instead of bars. When contacted by the Daily Mail for comment, the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), said the agency 'is not available to respond' because of 'the lapse in appropriations,' referring to the ongoing government shutdown. Triple XXX (1993) Milwaukee Ave, North Ave & Damen Ave ... Before Gentrification Here's a cool video of the vibe in and around Triple XXX, 1588 N Milwaukee Ave, and Literary Explosion (Lit-X), 1570 N Damen Ave, at the busy six-corner intersection of Milwaukee Ave, North Ave & Damen Ave. The video starts at the vibrant and busy intersection of Milwaukee Ave, North Ave & Damen Ave. Doug Sawyer absorbs the lively atmosphere surrounding the Triple XXX. He captures footage of the advertisements and posters displayed in the storefront windows. Inside Triple XXX, a few local guys are engaged in a cypher while Doug explores the various artworks and clothing offered in the shop. One of the artists proudly displays his sketchbook and mentions his intention to create silk-screen shirts there. At about 17:30 into the video, Doug steps outside for a look at the Triple XXX signage and the general atmosphere. He then makes his way downstairs to Literary Explosion (Lit-X), a bookstore located in the basement of 1570 N Damen Ave. The owners of Literary Explosion, Kendell Lloyd and his wife AnneMarie, provide a short overview of the culture, hip hop education, and lifestyle. Lit-X was situated just below Triple XXX, and the two establishments worked closely together. The video wraps up by displaying the inside of the bookstore, highlighting a range of books (mostly Afrocentric). The walls are adorned with numerous photos of customers, friends, and local artists. Lit-X was a hub for many of Chicago's contemporary performers, hip-hop, and urban visual artists. It was probably most popular for its poetry slams. Neighborhood clubs such as Anotha Level @ Lit-X and the Guild Complex at the Chopin Theater, 1543 W Division St, offered weekly and monthly poetry competitions, commonly called "slams." A 1993 article by Leah Eskin noted Chicago's first one-stop hip-hop shop will be ready to bop Saturday. I ask that you share this for the sake of all those still enduring political persecution as a result of January 6. This video shows not just my release from federal prison, after 3 years of being wrongfully incarcerated by the Biden-Harris regime and being misrepresented by propagandist journalists, but also the side of my life the world never saw before I was condemned. My name is Timothy Louis Hale-Cusanelli (aka Louis of Monmouth) and I'd like to tell you about my political persecution story. I grew up like many American millennials as a product of my time. I reveled in dark humor and absurdism, and in fact spent over 14 years crafting satire, engaging in method acting, aspiring to a career in comedy, and I was always the joker in my circle of friends growing up. But life wasn't all fun and games. I had sincerely held beliefs about duty and society. There was a kernel of structure within the chaos of my youth. That was the United States military, which I joined after highschool, while studying history and the social sciences. I've worked many jobs but I'd spent most of my adulthood serving the Department of Defense in one form or another. For 12 years, as an Army administrator or a Navy contractor, I pledged my loyalty to the United States of America. Due to a rough upbringing, I often describe myself as a recovering nihilist. Like most my age, I also drifted through life resenting a system that was at best broken and at worst corrupt. I never believed I had a true say in the fate of my nation. That was until President Donald J. Trump offered a true alternative to the political establishment. In 2016, for the first time in my life, I could say my vote mattered. Trump won. And since then I'd watched year after year as those in power have tried to destroy him. Before all the weaponized political prosecutions brought against him by the Biden-Harris regime, and before they attempted to shoot him in the head, they rigged the 2020 election. Why argue about it when we all know it's true? I went to DC on January 6 to hear a speech, hoping for the best possible outcome. I eventually made my way to the Capitol for what I thought was going to be a peaceful protest. I walked into a honeypot set up by the feds, was turned in by a confidant, and was framed as a morally deformed sociopath by the feds and the press. I was wrongly called a white supremacist, when I was from a mixed-race family. I was wrongly called a far-right extremist, when I ran a labor union. I was wrongly called a Nazi-sympathizer, when I was a shock jock. I was wrongly called a terrorist, when I worked for the United States government. And despite the fact that I never assaulted an officer, never damaged property, never stole anything from the Capitol, and never pre-planned anything for January 6 I was: -hunted down, denied bail and indicted -kept in solitary confinement for a year devoid of nutrition and sunlight -denied medical care, basic hygiene, religious services and family visitation -denied due process, lawyer visits and access to evidence -denied a fair and speedy trial, a jury of my peers or a change of venue -housed with Antifa and federal informants threatening to kill me and sabotage my criminal case -publicly smeared as a far-right extremist, insurrectionist and domestic terrorist Wondering how they got away with all this over trespassing or picketing? After 16 months of rotting behind bars I was finally convicted of 18 USC 1512, an Enron-era felony statute related to destruction of documents (which I hadn't done), not walking into the Capitol to protest (which I had done). No motion or argument would make the Honorable Court see the nonsensical application of the law in my case. I was sentenced to 4 years in prison, over twice my federal sentencing guidelines. I endured all this for 3 years, and I would've spent more time behind bars had it not been for President Trump's First Step Act. But my battle didn't end with prison. I filed an appeal which still hasn't been answered years after my conviction in early 2022. But there was a chance for relief... This year SCOTUS ruled that 18 USC 1512 didn't apply to January 6 defendants. I spent 3 years behind bars for at best misdemeanor conduct. My life was destroyed for a felony that for all intents and purposes doesn't exist. I lost my home, my career, my uniform, my freedom, and worst - I was made a patsy by those who control the levers of power and was used as a weapon to hurt President Trump. SCOTUS' decision was a victory, yes? No. I and everyone wrongfully convicted of this statute should be totally exonerated. And there is confirmation that some defendants are having their 1512 convictions vacated and ongoing prosecutions for 1512 are being dropped. This is not universal, however. This will not apply... to me. I was recently informed of a deal being offered to me by the prosecutors at the DOJ. In exchange for dropping my appeal that's been pending for years, the DOJ would agree to drop my conviction for 1512. I turned this offer down. Why? Because the higher ups in the Department of Justice plan to recharge me for 1512 under a different trial theory. The DOJ refuses to provide a guarantee that I won't be re-prosecuted all over again. I knew this was coming. They've failed to return my property in over 3 years because there's an "open investigation" long after I've already been convicted and served my sentence. They've refused to commit to dropping my supervised release conditions, so I can travel freely, after having already served a sentence for a felony I never should've been charged with. They've not made an effort to lift a fraudulent lien they've put against me despite having made consistent restitution payments every month. And this goes without saying, but I've absolutely not been apologized to for having been framed, for having had my public and private lives torn apart for a media narrative, and for having lost years of my life due to malicious prosecution over a fake felony charge. If I took the DOJ's deal, they'd drop my 1512 conviction based on the SCOTUS ruling, then prosecute me for 1512 using a different trial theory, and take me back to trial even knowing I can't legally serve more time in prison even if convicted of 1512 again. By choosing not to take this deal I am preserving my appeal, which will be pending for another half a year, and my 1512 will likely be dropped by the appellate court. If not, I could still be prosecuted again if the next administration doesn't drop the charges. Knowing I'll be prosecuted whether I take the deal or not, I'm refusing to bend the knee and I'm making the feds work for the last pound of flesh I have to give. I will be the first January 6 defendant wrongfully convicted of 18 USC 1512 to be prosecuted for 1512 all over again. It has all come down to this. The ultimate gambit. For the redress of a generation. I take up the gauntlet thrown down by the cowardly bastards in charge of the Department of Justice. I defy this corrupt administration, and I maintain my resolve. Not one step back. No deal, burn in Hell. I'm in this to win. The feds and their media sycophants are going to learn the hard way that they can't smear me into submission.
