Russia’s icebreaker ADMIRAL MAKAROV caught fire today at the Kronstadt Marine Plant while undergoing major repairs. The fire broke out in the steering gear compartment in the aft section of the vessel and spread over roughly 80–100 m² before being extinguished. The 135-meter diesel-electric icebreaker is currently undergoing a major overhaul worth about $23 million, with roughly another $11.5 million allocated for repairs to its main engines. The extent of damage from today’s fire is not yet known.

I don’t quite understand this situation. A person was offering prayer and another individual came and deliberately stood in front of him, creating an obstruction.
