Another Commanders open locker room and another great conversation with DT Javon Kinlaw. On playing with Daron Payne, "we feed off each other for sure." On Bobby Wagner, "s***, the old head still can move." On being happy here, "I can just go out and be free...just do my job"

The boys and I lifted at Planet Fitness today. ❤️💪🏻🇺🇸 I was posing in the locker room and a gentleman complimented me on my relationship with my boys. You can hear the conversation as I pose. Makes me happy that people can see the love we have for each other.

ekangmo dorm live be like: 🌻: now, when you’re playing a game, if you’re playing with a friend, through discord you talk about things like, “now, now we have to attack,” “we have to defend,” things like that, you know. but sometimes, when i get focused on the game, my voice gets louder. then my voice can be heard from yunho’s room, and yunho’s voice can be heard from my room too. but what’s really nice is that even when we can hear each other being loud, neither of us ever says something like, “can you be a little quieter?” not even once. so we each just enjoy (playing) games and go to sleep whenever we want (we just do our own thing without interfering with each other). video cr. luckylynnsyndrome on threads

Dexter Lawrence II on focus for 2-0: “That's important because the goal is to go 1-0 this week, and they’re in the way, and we just got to go out there and play our game and play with each other and just have joy every time we step on that field and understand the opportunity we have to just play with one another and and just go out there and keep a clean record.”

Cam Thomas on playing with Giannis: "It means a lot. Just having that dominant force in the paint and just having somebody who can also attract two people. Having that gravity could do wonders for me. Just me being me, being a scorer. Hopefully I could take some of that pressure off [Giannis] as well. So I think it can go hand in hand. Just happy to be on the team with him. Can't wait to see him can't wait to actually be on the court with an all-time great like that. I'm excited, and I can't wait to win with him."

🎙️ Charles Lee on the dual importance of celebration and accountability: "It's really important and I think that the really great teams do both things. They celebrate one another, they uplift each other and help push each other to be better. And that's what holding each other accountable is too." "We have standards around here. We know what those things are. And I think that it's great when you have a locker room full of people that are gonna hold everyone to the standards and not just the coaching staff."

Juanito Juan was just LIVE on facebook no less than an hour ago and caught another cloaked Grey being observing him. Juan can be heard audibly shocked and pointing out how the Grey is materializing and changing colored-hues. You can also see it’s head move around. Another amazing capture by him!

Coco Gauff on facing Elena Rybakina next in the U.S. Open semifinals “Elena is playing some great tennis. Congrats to her for being the new world No. 1. I think that’s incredible. We played each other in Toronto. It didn’t go my way. I just have to learn from that match. I know I’m gonna have some aces hit on me and some winners hit on me. But I’m gonna keep fighting and give it my all. That’s all I can do.” (via US Open Press)

Chrisean Rock GOES OFF on Blueface for being MANIPULATIVE during their recent reunion, not claiming his son, and acting weird after seeing her talking to another guy. 😳 “You want to run with this narrative of you not being the father and think you can just walk past it. He thought it was going to go another way. I went on that boat sober, and my discernment was on point.”

Another video by penguinz0 , 17m subscribers, on youtube with over 1m views in 3 days about owning nothing and be happy. This was in response to sony uk allowing you to lease your ps5. This concept legit just keeps growing and getting louder. I will just keep laying out the evidence. We can fight back by owning $nothing and being happy. Early.

🚨 Vozinha on the rumors linking him with Inter Miami and a move to play alongside Lionel Messi: 🗣️ Vozinha: “I love football. To still be here at 40 years old is because I truly have this passion.” “I want to play for at least another one or two years, depending on how my body feels and reacts. We never know what tomorrow brings, but I want to keep playing. I just hope I can find a club that truly wants me as a footballer, not for marketing purposes.”
