Another day, another scripted production from the Vice President Sara Duterte’s camp. This filmed walk-out of Attorney Poa and the defense team after submitting their pre-trial evidence was not legal advocacy, but was a political theatre. A staged zarzuela designed to generate media mileage and victimhood narratives. The irony...

The false claims of Duterte’s DepEd is a betrayal of public trust! NoMoreDutertes #ExposetheDutertes I am beyond disgusted on how the Department of Education under the leadership of Vice President Sara Duterte justified the disbursement of Php 15 million confidential funds. Duterte’s office used the certifications issued by the military officers as justification and supporting documents for CIF payments when in fact no funds were released for the conduct of the said activities. Not only did she betray the trust and confidence of the Philippine Army who readily gave her office the certification for the conduct of the Youth Leadership Summit… as a taxpayer, she also betrayed me. Vice President Sara Duterte betrayed the public. Among all the good interpellations today, I find this one of Cong. Keith Flores the best for it clarifies a lot of things, leaving no room for the DDS narrative to proliferate. I recommend you watch this video in full and share if you may. Cong. Flores was established the following: 1.) That the Department of Education did not have any participation or active role in the conduct of the Youth Leadership Seminar 2.) That the Youth Leadership Seminar is a regular program of the AFP and not a product of information purchased by the Department of Education 3.) No information (purchased or not) from the Department of Education was relayed or given to the Armed Forces of the Philippines for the conduct of YLS or identification of locations based on vulnerability. It was also clear that the military officers were not informed that Usec. Mempin will use the certification to justify an expense or COA AOM. I am disgusted! Beyond disgusted! I say the House Committee on Good Government and Public Trust should look further, even the Vice President Sara Duterte’s billions of confidential funds as Davao City mayor. And don't let me get started with the amount used for the rental of safe houses! No wonder why Vice President Sara Duterte refused to take an oath... It figures. #NoMoreDutertes #ExposeTheDutertes

The House of the People Impeached Vice President Sara Duterte I cannot help but be emotional today as I witnessed the impeachment of Vice President Sara Duterte in the House of Representatives. A front row seat to history. The overwhelming number of legislators who signed the impeachment complaint reminded me of the fact that no level of popularity can make one exempt from accountability. That no level of orchestrated social media disinformation can deny facts and overwhelming evidence. Legislators named as prosecutors gave me such confidence that a good case will come out from it, a case that the public can rally behind. A very good case that it is almost impossible not to convict. As per recent reports, the six articles of impeachment all seem outright and if the Senate will be fair are all irrefutable. 1) Conspiracy to Assassinate President Marcos, First Lady, and Speaker Romualdez 2) Malversation of P612.5 Million in Confidential Funds 3) Destabilization, Insurrection, and Public Disorder 4) Involvement in Extrajudicial Killings (Davao Death Squad) 5) Bribery and Corruption in DepEd and the highlight of them all 6) Unexplained Wealth and Failure to Disclose Assets I have been pointing out the need to check the SALN and the bank records of the Dutertes. And several reports say that as per the impeachment complaint, Sara Duterte quadrupled her net worth from 2007 to 2017 without legitimate other sources of income. But what should be the highlight is the 2 billion suspicious transactions linked to the joint account of former President Rodrigo Duterte. In the media forum of the Young Guns last week, one of the prosecutors, Congressman Rodge Gutierrez of 1 Rider Partylist explained that an impeachment proceeding is not bound by the legislative calendar. He further elaborated this by saying that this is a constitutional process and not just an ordinary legislative process. Perpetual disqualification from office through impeachment, possible anti-terror law case and possible plunder case. To save our country from one Sara Duterte.

THIS IS HOW 2ND DISTRICT OF BATANGAS REPRESENTATIVE ATTY. GERVILLE “JINKY BITRICS” LUISTRO HIT THE MARK WITH A HAMMER WITH INVESTIGATIVE LINE OF QUESTIONING AND A PLOT TWIST AS THE FINAL NAIL TO HIT HER HAMMER WITH Cong. Luistro is a gift that keeps on giving. LENI AS PRELUDE FOR THE BUILDUP THAT ONLY THE LIKES OF CONG LUISTRO IS ABLE TO PULL OFF. In a recent congressional hearing of the House of Representatives of the Philippines Committee of Good Government and Public, Representative Jinky Luistro sought clarity on the use of confidential funds by previous vice presidents. Kelvin Gerome Teñido, former Chief Administrative Officer of the Office of the Vice President (OVP), confirmed that Vice President Leni Robredo did not utilize such funds during her tenure, while Vice President Jejomar Binay accessed them only once. Teñido also noted that career officials at the OVP lacked experience in managing confidential funds prior to Vice President Sara Duterte’s administration. CONG. LUISTRO IS ON TO SOMETHING. BUCKLE UP. Cong. Luistro further inquired about Undersecretary Zuleika Lopez, the current OVP Chief of Staff, revealing her previous role as Davao City Administrator. This connection is significant, as Davao City reported over ₱2.6 billion in confidential expenses from 2016 to 2022. WAIT LANG, DOES THIS MEAN CONFIDENTIAL HAVE A DAVAO TEMPLATE? This was another ‘aha moment’ for those who vividly remember Congresswoman Luistro presenting an infographic of Davao City, highlighting the substantial allocation of Confidential Funds. THE MONEY SHOT FEAT. THE SAME CAST OF DUBIOUS CAST OF CHARACTERS BUT A WHOLE DIFFERENT BALLGAME. Congresswoman Luistro’s probing underscores the need for rigorous oversight within the House of Representatives of the Philippines and the necessity of crafting new laws to ensure a more stringent and accountable use of Confidential Funds, preventing misuse by erring public officials. Her presence in this hearing stands as a powerful reminder to public officials of their duty to uphold the public trust—a reminder especially relevant amidst concerns over VP Sara and OVP officials who have hesitated to take an oath before an HOR panel. #LargaLuistro2025
