That guy probably has a phone & R50 in his wallet but there's 8 guys robbing him. From a business/logic point of view doesn't even make sense

It's that choke hold which throws you into panic, and as you are still trying to understand whats happening, there's 7 people surrounding you grabbing and hitting. To this day, I don't like/trust having people behind me even in the house. That's how bad this trauma can be.
