Another embarrassingly false claim from Rep. Jared Moskowitz, who thinks Florida's 25th Congressional District is 25% Cuban. Our district is 20% Hispanic. It is 4% to 5% Cuban. Does Moskowitz even know the demographics of the people he seeks to represent?
