Another example of the flaws in Terminal transit logic, with how long access cards take to get for Terminal and due to the fact of there only being one seat (yes i know they are planning to fix it), it quite literally is whoever blocks the door first wins....

Today I escaped Tarkov for the first time. I made it into the extract with less than a half of a second to spare. Crazy ending ending to an awesome run. Terminal is dope. I hope Icebreaker has more of these vibes!

First of its kind? New feature in Ghostty: a web-inspector-style "terminal inspector" targeted at CLI, TUI developers. Built right into the terminal, you can see a live view of terminal state, keyboard events, escape sequences, and much much more. 👻💖 Video tour below. Similar to Firebug with Firefox, I'm hoping this helps usher in a new era of develop-ability for terminal applications by making it much much easier to understand what is going on. When the inspector is not in use, there is no perceivable performance impact (benchmarks show the same). When the inspector is in use, the terminal it is inspecting slows down to about half speed due to the overhead. But this only impacts the terminal being inspected. This is a really early version of the inspector. The data organization is kind of messy, its mostly read-only information right now, and there is a lot more information I want to surface. The next step is making a lot of this data read-write so you can actually modify the terminal live (similar to modifying HTML/CSS live in a web inspector) to trial-and-error some changes. This is just the beginning. 😎 Follow along Ghostty development here:

Even if you're the best at it, it can be both a strength and a weakness. 👽: Definitely. I completely agree. I think it's due to both our lack of experience and our youth, especially since we're playing against experienced teams. To me, the two best examples are Minnesota and New York. They understand how fortunate they are to be in the Finals, and they know it's not guaranteed they'll ever get another chance like this. As for us, we're kind of like spoiled kids. For some of us, it's our first season—or one of our first seasons—and we're already in the Finals. We don't fully realize it yet. Universal Ostrich Farms Update: We are still trying to get a headcount on the number of birds here, it is proving to be quite difficult. The family is quite concerned, as are supporters. The CFIA will not provide a headcount and are not being transparent with the family or the public. The RCMP have stated that they have begun in an investigation and that the investigation is ongoing but they are relying on information from CFIA for their investigation. I don't know if there are missing birds here, but I think that the truth matters and we are going to do our best to get to the bottom of it. More to come.

There are multiple examples of NHS management failing in one role and being rewarded for it. One current example is the former leader of two NHS Trusts in my constituency, which are now in an NHS recovery programme, who has been promoted to the regional director of turnaround and recovery. I asked the Government about how it intends to stop this happening in future.

In the last 18 months or so my terminal use has exploded. From being a place where I mostly navigated the file system, ran a server and did some very light nvim use, to my entire workspace, connected to multiple machines, where I spend most of my day. This is the starting point we're using for designing the Superlogical multiplexer, and we're borrowing ideas from another app that blurs the local and remote, long lived sessions and throwaway tabs: the web browser. And the first thing I wanted to borrow: favicons, for your terminal apps. We call it the Deck icon (like a deck of cards), since it needs to represent your own layout of (potentially) multiple running processes.

Was farming first encounter of ghosts to get the helmet I was missing (yeah I know it sucked) and I noticed that there are actually A LOT of details and stuff I just never bothered to notice in these play spaces. For example. Did you you know you can actually SEE Ahsa in this area before dropping down into the methane ocean for the first time? It honestly wants me to go back through all the dungeons in the game and take proper time to look through all the stuff in the world. Is that something you guys would be interested in?
