For many weeks during 2020 I received, by mail, 40+ EDD credit cards to my new(built in 2017)house. The mailperson shoved them in my mailbox 20 at a time! Fraud is abundant in all branches of our state government and the deniers are in on it. 🇺🇸I support DeMaio, reform California!

One example from last year’s budget: they initiated a PM Internship Programme. 1,65,000 offers were made by companies, but only 20 percent - that is, about 33,000 people - accepted the offers because the conditions were so unattractive. And of the 33,000 who accepted, 6,618 dropped out. So eventually, approximately 1,40,000 offers remained unattractive. So he (Modi) must tell us which sector and which jobs are available for the youth. The youth unemployment rate is close to 17 percent. Therefore, where does this budget create jobs? Where does this budget tell young people, “These are the jobs”? Mayor Mamdani announced today that he balanced the NYC budget by being bailed out by Gov. Hochul. Billions of dollars from New York State are now going to NYC instead of helping New Yorkers outside the failing city. Meanwhile, Mamdani is spending an estimated $1.5 billion in 2026 on benefits for illegal immigrants. As for the $500 million in new revenue Mamdani claims, that’s a lie. He thinks rich people with second homes in NYC will just pay higher taxes and not care. They’ll sell their homes and leave. They’re already doing it. Mamdani didn’t balance the budget; he stole from poor Americans outside NYC to fund illegals inside NYC. That’s why he’s failing and so is the city. Rich people are leaving for cities in states like Florida and Texas. That was already happening before Mamdani. Now it’s getting much worse. This isn’t a balanced budget. It’s a broken budget, a catastrophe for NYC, and a failure by both Mamdani and Hochul.
