The cars on private property, nobody is operating the vehicle… it could have been towed there, the plates could be temporary for a photo shoot… she’s not obligated to give them access or any information about the vehicle… rights violation by coming onto private property, running the plate and using that to start an investigation…

Ppl should know by now that all cop cars have automatic license plate readers. All the cop has to do is ride around town and through parking lots and they get an alert when they pass someone with expired tags
