Another Friday, another vintage loop 💀

I love this style of animations. But I know literally nothing about animation, so what do you actually use to animate this stuff? At first I thought they were 3D, because they are super consistent

I use after effects for the animation. I'm a 2D animator but I'll sometimes use some 3D hacks to help me with the isometric preceptive. In this one I made very janky rotating skulls using 3D spheres and added the details on top.

@BLKDADxETH I have some very cringy old youtube tutorials for beginners. Nothing in the rubberhose style though. Just some simple stuff.
