I used to work for a call center. I used to get in trouble for not apologizing to them. For them. On breaking their own tvs. The only reason I didn't get fired was because I was the only one who actually spoke English. 🤣🤣🤣

Worst job ever- answering phones for public libraries across the US during COVID - I got told off by the elderly everyday.

The only reason that customer service exists at all is the magic of the mute button. Its the only reason many of us had a job at all... without it, we were fired.... rest in pieces agents befallen by the karening class...

What every customer service person wants to do, but rarely does 😂 🙄why do people have to be so rude to people trying to assist?!
