Since the vultures are going after Amber Glenn, I’ll share a candid example of who she is. We had the same coaches for a few years, so I got to know her and see firsthand how hard she works and how kind she is. She’s a great role model and always supportive of other skaters. I was working on getting jumps back after an injury and when she saw me struggling she’d give me tips without me asking (her jumps mog mine😭)

If you've ever fished Snow's Cut, you already know... half the battle is dealing with other boats Today was hands down the closest we've ever come to having a real problem on the water. The crazy part? We weren't even fishing in the channel. Everything happened so fast, and for a second there it got a little western. Thankfully everyone was good, but some people really need to slow down, pay attention and wear better sunglasses... Part 2 — what happened after Kiki vanished with all the cash… 🏨 Okay y’all, here’s the rest of this crazy story. The GM is in total shock. She’s asking Kiki over and over, “How much money was in the safe?!” Kiki casually says she even threw in $150 of her own money to help. Meanwhile, on the security footage, you can see Kiki shaking that safe for a solid 25 minutes — money just rolling out everywhere while she’s counting and bagging it all up like it’s completely normal. (I don’t know what kind of safe this is that needs to be shaken to get the money out 😂) She ends up leaving the hotel before the GM even gets there. The GM (who normally doesn’t mess with the cops) ends up calling them anyway. She and the officer are both just sitting there like “what the actual…?” while watching the footage. This woman’s cousin just bought a new home. She invited her over for a tour. When she was looking around, she went to a part of the home that even the cousin didn’t check out thoroughly yet. She sees a door inside the closet and decides to open it, it was another room. The floor wasn’t finished, just plywood. But it had some creepy wallpaper with flowers on it. The Today Show interview got better for Karen Read as it went on, and she responded to the comment about how John was being lost in all of this perfectly: "He's not lost, he's the reason we're doing this." This needs to be emphasized more because it's the most common criticism of her detractors. Karen is John's voice. There would be no justice for John O'Keefe if she was convicted. She and her team have done more to shed light on what really happened to him than anyone who claims to be fighting for him while trying to put her in prison. She really humanized him with this answer, telling the public who John really was, and what a tremendous loss this was for everyone. We rarely heard this from her during the trial and it was powerful. The antis have tried to take ownership of John's legacy and she took it back with this answer. I know Karen cared for John because she sent me pictures of him that showed what a good father he was, and pictures of her with the kids that showed how much they liked her. She asked me not to share them publicly because she didn't want to exploit them, but she wanted me to know what a tremendous loss it was for the kids.
