#BREAKING: Mohammed Sinwar, the brother of Yahya Sinwar and a top Hamas commander, has been killed while hiding in a hospital in Khan Yunis. After Yahya Sinwar's death, Mohammed took over as head of Hamas' military wing. He played a central role in planning and directing terrorist attacks, including the October 7th massacre. Also killed was Hassan Aslih, the so-called photo journalist who invaded Israel alongside Hamas terrorists to document and celebrate the barbaric October 7th attack. That hospital wasn't just a hospital. It was a Hamas command center used to plan attacks, launch operations, and shield their leaders behind innocent civilians, and this is yet another war crime from the jihadists of Hamas. We need to understand this. Under Article 19 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, when a civilian infrastructure is used to carry out military operations, it loses its protected status. Hamas knows this. They know that by hiding underneath a hospital, they are effectively putting a target on their own people. This is how they operate. They know it, and they do it anyway. The elimination of these terrorists is a reminder of just how deeply they embed themselves within civilian population. Mohammed Sinwar was also the most radical opponent for any concession regarding the Israeli hostages, which were kidnapped from their homes and held in Hamas tunnels in yet another Hamas war crime. With Mohammed Sinwar gone, the door to a deal might open again, and maybe, just maybe, Hamas will finally agree to release all the hostages, disarm, be removed from power, and end this war for Palestinians and Israelis' future and for safety and stability of the Middle East and beyond.

It is a theological problem fueled by ideologues who hate Jews and the state of Israel. We oppose those ideologies at MuslimReformMovemnt and CLARITyCoalition. When my friend Danny Pearl was slaughtered in 2002 with his identity as a Jew and a grandson of Israel used to justify his murder, I studied the anti-Semitism and anti-Israel hate preached from the pulpit in our mosques. The Saudis added the words in parentheses (___) to the first chapter of the Quran to make it express hate of Jews, so it reads: “Guide is to the Straight Way. In 2014, while Hamas terrorists fired thousands of rockets at Jewish civilians, including kindergartens, Shabana Mahmood, the current UK Home Secretary, stood on stage and openly supported them. She called the rocket-firing Gazans “her brothers and sisters.” She didn’t condemn the Islamic terrorism or call for peace. Shabana Mahmood actively worked to advance Hamas’s genocidal agenda so Muslim terrorists could annihilate Israel and its Jewish population. Today, this same woman is the UK Home Secretary, responsible for the safety of British Jews. Let that sink in. The Muslim woman who sided with Hamas against Israel and plotted to weaken it economically is now in charge of protecting Jewish communities in Britain. This is not just absurd. This is dangerous.

Hamas is a terrorist organization. This is not something that I am saying. This is something that we all know. It is reality. A reality studied and legally confirmed by the European Union who clearly recognizes Hamas as it is. A dangerous Islamic terrorist organization. Dangerous to whom? To all of us. A threat to our security. This is why an organization is put on the list of terrorist organizations in the first place. So to my colleagues in the EU, my question is simple. How are we, the representatives of this parliament supposed to feel safe when a member of this house, elected to represent our countries, citizens and freedom goes to a demonstration in a foreign country, namely Jordan, and stands enthusiastically among protests who have slogans supporting Hamas, the terrorist organization that is recognize by us as such and that demonstrated its level of cruelty and bloodthirst? According to the French newspaper Le Point this member was left-wing MEP Rima Hassan. She participated to a pro-Hamas demonstration in Jordan where participants honored Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh with slogans glorifying jihad and threatening to remove Jews from Jerusalem. Rima Hassan enthusiastically attended the demonstration and published the videos on her social media. Again, Hamas is recognized by the EU as an Islamic terrorist organization and has killed, kidnapped and raped innocent people on October 7 and long before as we all know. It is a terrorist organization that means hell for Palestinians and Israelis and represents a serious danger to Europe, hence its presence on the EU list of terrorist organizations. So on the one hand, we have the hostages and the innocent victims.On the other hand, we have the Hamas terrorists and their friends from Iran and Hezbollah. On whose side do we want to stand as European Parliament? I may hope that all of us will stand on the side of the hostages, of the innocent, of our own citizens and societies. We inaugurated the #SmileShop for Imran, the brother of Aamir from Palla, Nuh, who was brutally killed by cow vigilantes in March 2026. After Aamir’s murder, the #Miles2Smile Foundation stood beside his family—not only in their grief, but throughout their journey of rebuilding. During Ramadan, we provided ₹4 lakh each to his mother and wife. Through #Shaagird, we enrolled his five younger siblings in school. Today, the Smile Shop offers the family a sustainable livelihood and the dignity of standing on their own feet. This is what true rehabilitation means—not just relief, but restoring hope, dignity, and the courage to dream again. Another family rebuilt. Another livelihood restored. Another smile brought back. We promise to restore every smile lost to hate. ❤️
