🚨BREAKING: Angry Illinois mother is demanding answers after her 11-year-old son with special needs was found miles away from his school during a student-led ICE walkout at Dundee Middle School. “I don’t feel safe. I’m just scared to go back. Something could happen… again,” her son told her after being found alone and frightened, miles away from school grounds. The mother said she was never notified about the walkout. Because her son has an Individualized Education Program (IEP), she objects to him being allowed to leave campus without supervision or parental consent. “It’s not right. My kid is supposed to be safe at school. If they can’t keep him safe, they need to take accountability,” she said. Now, her son doesn’t want to return to school. The mother is exploring homeschooling and considering legal action against the district. All school staffers responsible for this lapse in safety should be held accountable, immediately!
