This would be fantastic for laying over ugly kitchen or bathroom tiles too… especially for rental apartments…saves cost of renovations/adapting a property to your taste. 👍🏾

Heat from the rubber tightness. Weakened Gum after a long time will have these panels falling like loose decks. Looks beautiful but a plain wall beats this on the long run.

Sha no do am for rented apartment cus when you leave, you will have to scrub and repaint the wall. The gum doesn’t go away easily
