🥚 Raw Eggs — They are nature's fast food, and a complete food, with every nutrient you could need. A raw egg digests in only 27 to 37 minutes, which is phenomenal compared to other foods containing protein and fat, like meat and milk. This is because egg is a fully liquid food. The body doesn't need to use any digestive fluids, hydrochloric acid, to break it down, it will absorb within the first 5 inches of the intestine only, from bacterial digestion alone. Of course, if you cook the egg, this doesn't apply anymore. Cooking not only destroys nutrients, especially enzymes and vitamins, which impairs digestion, and generates toxins, like heterocyclic amines from proteins, and cauterizes the minerals, but it coagulates the egg. This not only makes a raw egg the perfect food to get instant energy in a healthful way, but a vital food that can save someone's life. If your digestive system is so compromised you cannot digest other animal protein, like meat, raw eggs will work. Or if you have leaky gut, they digest before they even have to go through the G.I. tract. In general, if you want to give your digestive system a rest, eat raw eggs, you will get back appetite for other foods very soon. In the next post of this thread is a quote of Aajonus' most incredible testimonial on the healing power of raw eggs. They are also the best food to repair. The only thing that Aajonus found that eggs cannot do is help the body reproduce cells quicker. That takes raw meat. So long-term, you cannot replace raw meat with raw eggs, they work complementarily. Don't discard the egg white. Aajonus proved the avidin in raw egg white is not an anti-nutrient. Aajonus ate up to 60 raw eggs a day (one or two dozens on most days) since 1976. He confirmed there was no biotin deficiency whatsoever. The narrow-minded lab experiments do not explain what actually happen and then draw the wrong conclusion. What actually happens is that biotin mixes with avidin to make a compound that cleans the body of biocarbons, which are leftover byproducts from macronutrient digestion that need to be eliminated by the body. This is actually a good thing. Plus, there is an excess of available biotin in raw egg compared to the amount of avidin. It is also recommended by Aajonus to not eat raw egg yolks alone either, as it creates imbalances when on a raw diet (this doesn't apply on a cooked diet). Salmonella is already on our skin, in our eyes, our nose, our mouth, recycling dead cells. They are beneficial bacteria, not pathogenic. Of course, this isn't medical advice. Look into Aajonus and more broadly into terrain theory vs germ theory. Don't refrigerate eggs. Only in the USA do people do this. If you wash the egg, you remove the protective membrane around it, then health departments require them to be refrigerated. Just don't wash the eggs. Eggs are a bit of a fragile food, many of its natural bacteria die when in cold temperatures, so it's better to keep them at room temperatures, or they will lose digestibility. You can blend raw eggs, however it will oxidize them, destroying certain nutrients. There are three enzymes in the egg white which prevent certain hormones that help certain diseases progress like cancer. If you as little as whip the raw egg with a work, these enzymes in the egg white oxidize within seconds. Raw eggs are a detoxification food. They are rich in cholesterol. If you drink alcohol, eat plenty of raw eggs (before, during, after), and you will avoid a hangover. The cholesterol in raw eggs is very good at collecting the alcohol and other toxins. They also enable the body to make solvents to break down toxicity like cellulite. Raw eggs can be fermented, and aged in various ways. Century eggs, the real ones (which are around 25 years old), can cost a thousand dollars. They transform in all sorts of shapes, they can look like green boiled eggs, jewelry, eggs that could belong to a dragon, or turn into white, black powder. They can give incredible energy and libido. How to eat: If you eat the raw egg white first, then the yolk right after, the raw egg will digest in 27 minutes, otherwise in 37 minutes. It is easier to do so from the shell by poking a hole on each side and sucking from it. This is "Aajonus-style". From a glass is "Rocky-style". Nowadays also called slonking. Make the egg go through your teeth while you drink it, this makes it easier to mix it with saliva, which allows better digestion. That only works if you eat only one raw egg at a time. If you eat several raw eggs at once, they will digest slower. Not an issue, it is still extremely healthy. Over the past week, following the directive of the political echelon and the recommendation of the IDF, three out of four aid distribution centers in Gaza operated by the American GHF foundation have begun operating. The American organization has deployed hundreds of staff including distributors, ushers, truck drivers, and security personnel to deliver food packages to residents in the Rafah area (Tel al-Sultan and the Morag route) and south of the Netzarim corridor in central Gaza. Israel continues to refuse to comment on the funding of the American initiative, which is being led by the Prime Minister’s Office and his military secretary, Maj. Gen. Roman Gofman, while fully excluding the Defense Ministry and COGAT. In recent days, Israel has declined to disclose information on how the American company is being funded, how salaries are paid to its workers, and whether the food supplies might be funded by Israeli taxpayers. Israeli officials say the centers are designed to serve up to 1.2 million Gazans by distributing weekly food packages to families. The distribution is being carried out by American workers, as instructed by IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi, while Israeli soldiers secure the areas from a distance. The defense establishment plans to build four more distribution centers. According to Israel, the program is based on two key goals: first, cutting Hamxs off from humanitarian aid; and second, separating the population from Hamxs. The ultimate aim is to cripple Hamxs’ ability to govern and break its connection with the civilian population, making clear they no longer need it. Israeli officials say that for months, Hamxs has been running a cynical disinformation campaign against the plan, pushing a false narrative that the aid effort is part of an Israeli conspiracy to “displace” Gaza’s population. After the launch of the distribution centers under American security management, Hamxs took steps to intimidate the public, including threats and roadblocks to prevent people from reaching the sites. Despite this, security officials say residents are flocking to the centers in large numbers. In recent days, tens of thousands of people arrived at the distribution sites, where 35,000 food packages were handed out, each enough to support a family for five to seven days. Currently, the UN—expected to play a central role in humanitarian relief, especially in areas without distribution centers like northern Gaza—refuses to participate in the new aid program and has publicly opposed it. Israeli officials report that the UN has recently slowed or even halted its aid distribution in Gaza. Instead when you visit China you’ll see China is learning and becoming more modern and international 🌎 There are now more high end coffee shops in Shanghai than NYC and London combined. Bakeries filled with artisan breads and pastries are all over China now showing foreign tastes have been developed on mass scale in China ☕️ China is opening up. Dozens of EU countries can now travel to China visa free. Yesterday New Zealand was added to the list. Foreigner visits to China is up 305% in Q1 2024, when measures from the same period last year ✈️ More foreigners are coming to China and it’s a great thing. The world needs to learn more about China. This country is simply amazing and truly changing the future of the world 🇨🇳 Come here to see a nation who is embracing their commitments to producing clean energy. It’s simply incredible how much of the auto industry is now dominated by EVs 🚗 Visiting China is taking a step in the future. Such an absolute pleasure to be back in the country for an extended stay 😃

Cleanliness now defines the city, greeting every visitor with a sense of pride and order that was once unimaginable. Security has improved drastically. Goma is now 99% safe, even in the face of challenges created by the reckless distribution of weapons and cash by the previous regime. Our security forces have refused to rest—they work tirelessly to safeguard the people. Areas like Ndosho, once gripped by fear and sleepless nights, now stand as symbols of the peace and stability brought by AFC/M23. Banks are open and functioning, with plans already in motion to extend banking services to rural communities. In the past three and a half years - since Russia launched its full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022 - reservoirs in Donetsk Oblast have significantly dried up. The water supply system from the Siverskyi Donets River was destroyed. The region’s reservoirs and underground water sources are not enough to meet the needs of the population, in part due to the extensive network of coal mines. When the self-proclaimed “DPR” and “LPR” were created in 2014, Ukraine did not cut off this water channel, as it was still supplying water to Mariupol, which remained under Ukrainian control. But at the start of the Russian invasion in February 2022, the situation changed: the Russian army, during its offensive, destroyed a unique hydraulic structure that had supplied the region’s largest cities with water. The Russian authorities decided to build a new canal - the Don–Donbas canal - which was supposed to begin in the Rostov-on-Don area. It soon became clear that the new water pipeline, first of all, could not provide the region with the necessary amount of water, and second, it was built with numerous violations, with a large portion of the budget embezzled during construction. Crimea is also suffering from a water shortage, and the situation is worsening. Contrail lesson! 1. “Chemtrails” don’t exist. Just to get that out of the way. 2. Observe the satellite loop and Skew-T chart. In the IR satellite loop you can see yesterday, the West Coast had a decent short wave ridge suppressing moisture over California and Nevada. Today, you can see moisture from a low pressure over the Pacific spilling over the ridge that is now moving east of California. This is upper level moisture ADVECTING into the area. This upper level moisture is mainly above the 500mb level, or 20,000ft. 3. Now observe the Skew-T chart. Particularly clue into the 300mb level. This is a perfect example of what I talk about all the time, and why it’s important to pay attention to the 300mb level. This moisture layer is advecting particularly at the 300mb level, and synoptic scale cirrus development, and advection, typically occurs at 300mb. This is key because aircraft are flying at and above the 300mb level. 4. So, lastly, observe the pictures that I took of the sky over northern Nevada at the time of this post. You can see the layer of cirrus as well as contrails persisting in that moisture layer, exactly as depicted in the satellite shot AND confirmed by the Skew-T chart. Keep in mind that temperatures at this level of the atmosphere are typically -20 to -50°C. In this case, you can see that the temperature at 300mb is -40°C and relative humidities at this level are far different than what you experience at the surface. Any decrease in the gap between temperature and dewpoint at this level can significantly increase the relative humidity. This is why it’s referred to as “relative”because it’s far different than temperatures and dew points at the surface. So, to bring it all together, aircraft flying at these altitudes, which most commercial and military aircraft do, injecting warm, moist air from the engines rapidly into the super cooled environment, not only instantly form contrails, but when relative humidities are as depicted in this example, will enable contrails to persist for hours at a time supported by the moisture existing in that layer. This is what causes persistent contrails. These ARE NOT “chemtrails” and because they persist, does not, and will not ever, make them “chemtrails.” Now that you all needed your government to tell you that climate change was a hoax and I’ve been telling you for years that the “Geoengineering” and “chemtrail” nonsense are propaganda directly related to the climate change hoax, hopefully you can take some time to learn the basics of the atmosphere and understand what I’m showing you here, and how it works, so you’re not fooled by climate propaganda going forward. Today, at Redeemer’s University Redeemer's University, Ede, Osun State, I was glad to commission the new Institute of Genomics and Global Health, marking a significant evolution from ACEGID’s @acegid status as a center of excellence. This moment is not only a proud achievement for all those involved, but it also stands as a powerful symbol of what African scientific leadership can achieve on the global stage. Under the visionary leadership of Prof Christian Happi Christian T. Happi, the team at ACEGID has made extraordinary strides in genomic research, particularly in addressing some of the most pressing infectious disease challenges of our time. The inauguration of the Institute reminds us that the work being done by the ACEGID team is a global public good, benefiting not only Nigeria and Africa but also contributing to global health security. The partnerships fostered between institutions and scientists from the Global North and South are a testament to our shared commitment to protecting and advancing human health. This collaboration has demonstrated what is possible when we work together to confront challenges that affect us all. Under the visionary leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Bola Ahmed Tinubu health security remains a central pillar of our broader strategy to transform Nigeria’s health system, unlock the value chain, and improve population health outcomes. This is why supporting cutting-edge scientific research, like the work at this Institute, is essential. We need to create a health system environment with strong public health capabilities to withstand the potential and evolving threats posed by infectious diseases and the ongoing impacts of climate change. The pace at which new health threats are emerging is accelerating, and with it, the need for robust scientific responses. The innovations in genomics we are witnessing at ACEGID provide a glimmer of hope, offering us the tools we need to be better prepared for what may come. This isn’t Shanghai or Beijing. This is Ürümqi, the capital of Xinjiang. A region once seen as remote is now becoming China’s rising star. Xinjiang stands as a powerful symbol of development at the crossroads of geography, strategy, and ambition. Often in the headlines for geopolitical reasons, Xinjiang is one of the most economically transformative regions in China. Geographically, Xinjiang is huge, over 1.6 million km², sharing borders with eight countries. Historically underdeveloped, it’s now becoming a key node in China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), serving as a gateway for trade routes stretching from Central Asia to Europe. Economically, China has poured billions into infrastructure in Xinjiang: 🤜 New railways and expressways connecting the region to coastal hubs 🤜 Smart agriculture in the Taklamakan Basin 🤜 Investments in renewable energy, making Xinjiang one of China’s largest producers of wind and solar power 🤜 Urbanization and digital infrastructure in cities like Urumqi and Kashgar Incomes of Uyghurs are rising, access to education and healthcare is expanding, and industrial zones are attracting businesses in textiles, logistics, and high-tech. Xinjiang’s GDP has more than doubled over the last decade. Xinjiang is a case of regional convergence policy in action, where China invests heavily to reduce the gaps of income and development between western China and the eastern seaboard. China-haters often miss something fundamental! Development in Xinjiang is a part of China’s macroeconomic vision for national resilience, cross-border trade influence, energy and strategic security. As an economist living in China for over a decade, I can say this with confidence, Xinjiang is undergoing undeniable and significant development which is inspiring.

🇨🇦 Canada’s new defence plan reads like a diplomatic alarm bell: America’s closest neighbour is preparing to spend dramatically more on its military while deliberately cutting its dependence on U.S. defence suppliers. Ottawa’s target is to lift defence and security spending to NATO’s new benchmark of 5 percent of GDP by 2035, with the plan structured around rebuilding Canadian production capacity and scaling a domestic defence industry that can actually deliver at volume. The sharpest signal is procurement. Canada intends to steer roughly 70 percent of defence acquisition spending to Canadian firms, up from about half today, explicitly to reduce reliance on foreign suppliers and to build “national champions” at home.
