Hey, you can get the latest version from the Hoe It Up mod from here for free: Which includes pole dancing, however, the interactive showcase shown in the video where a sim earns money when interacting with poles have not yet been released, though, it will be implemented in future updates.

This is one of many possibilities, it depends on TurboDriver's interest in implementing such a feature to his own mod, if he decides to, he probably will be able to enhance it even further, possibly creating even more interactivity.
