Even Titney Spears is loving it! I’m so excited to finally share my children’s book, The Multicoloured Bird.. a story about joy, music and finding happiness. The Multicoloured Bird has been platformed on websites such as The Magical Story Machine and Yoto for some time, but to hold a physical copy in my hands and to know children are able to enjoy it as a bedtime story is a dream come true, but what makes it even more special is that every penny of profit will go to SHALVA National Centre in Jerusalem. Shalva is an incredible place that supports children with disabilities and special needs, giving them and their families care, therapy, education, love and support. I visited Shalva last year and it completely touched my heart. It’s a truly special place doing amazing work every single day. So if you are able to buy a copy, not only are you sharing a beautiful tale with a child you love, but you’ll also be helping support some very special children and families 💕💕

Last week, I marked my birthday in a simple way—but it left me with a powerful reminder. I may not have abundance, but I have enough to make a difference in someone’s life. Giving isn’t about how much we have; it’s about the heart behind what we share. Sometimes it’s a meal, a kind word, a small gift, or even just showing up for someone who feels forgotten. Those “little” things can mean everything to someone in need. This past week opened my eyes again: generosity is not reserved for the wealthy. It belongs to anyone willing to care. As I step into this new year of my life, I’m choosing to be more intentional—giving what I can, when I can, and trusting that even the smallest act of kindness carries great value. If each of us does a little, together we can create something truly meaningful. Let’s keep giving, no matter how small. 💛

Meet “Beakless” The bird who refuses to give up. Yesterday, I shared a still photo of this incredible Great Egret, and today, I want to show you even more of its story. If you missed the original post, let me catch you up: •No, I don’t know how it lost its upper beak. •Yes, it’s doing fine. •And yes, I consulted a very experienced bird rehabber who confirmed this bird looks healthy and strong, despite the injury. I’ve watched birds perform all kinds of behaviors over the years… from opening their beaks wide to what almost looks like licking their lips. But Beakless? When it tries, its tongue just pops out the top where the upper beak should be. This bird is not just surviving, it’s thriving, and somehow, that makes it even more beautiful.
