Hamas' biggest fear is not Israel, but the people in Gaza. Hamas knows that the moment they fully disarm and give away their tunnels and hideouts, the people in Gaza (including anti-Hamas militia and even ordinary people) will take violent revenge on them. It seems that the Board of Peace is finally able to see the light about the situation in Gaza.
