Motice how he quickly corrected himself from deported to removed? Deportation and removal are not the same thing. Deportation is done against the individual being deported will and usually come with a ban on returning. Removal, on the other hand is more dependent on the compliance of the individual being remove and does not come with a future ban on returning.
