Another really cool thing the officials did last night. 1) This is a block on Brunson. No call 2)Clock stops under 2 MIN on made basket (clock didn’t stop) 3)Ref casually picks up the ball & wastes another 5 sec, doesn’t realize clock is running In total- 11 seconds wasted

String Shooting - 1 min on the clock. Make 2 in a row to get a point. Every consecutive make after that is another point. If you miss, you have to make 2 in a row to get another point.

Carsen Edwards thrived in late clock situations. Here’s Antione West Jr. from deeeeeep with under 5 seconds left on the shot clock. What a weapon this kid is gonna be. 1️⃣🚂

I have no idea why the Cowboys were in man coverage on that final play. No idea. :07 on the clock. That said, credit a 2X MVP QB throwing a strike to a WR who was a Pro Bowler the last 2 seasons. And Lamar had over 3 seconds to throw.

none of this makes any sense 1. most critical play of game: 4th & 1 2. two timeouts, 1:33 left & :29 on play clock 3. Eagles defender calls out the exact play (run + run type + direction) 4. Packers aren’t even lined up legally plenty of time to audible OR call 1 of 2 timeouts

FINAL: Auburn wins on a clock violation by the NC State batter in a 3-2 count. Ending a game this way is bad enough. Ending a game this way in a Regional elimination game is worse. Ending the last game of this head coach’s career this way is absolutely pathetic. How fragile are the egos of umpires man?

Another day, another 5-star catch for Pete Crow-Armstrong. This one Wednesday night. His 9th on the season in 13 opportunities. 25% catch probability on this ball from Statcast. The magic happens before the camera is on him. Pete is #1 in average outfield jump by a good amount.

Since we’re all obsessed with clock protocol and every single second, what’s supposed to happen after a first down in the final two minutes of a half? Should Michigan appeal for the nearly two seconds that came off the “official” clock after JJ Buchanan's first down? Because if the clock stops when it’s supposed to, there’s no end-of-game controversy in the first place... right? Should we go through the entire game tape and account for every missed second/missed call and issue appeals? I actually respected the way Western Michigan and the MAC handled the brutal loss afterward. They heard the Big Ten’s explanation, accepted it, released their statements and said they were moving on. Then, two days later, apparently that explanation is no longer good enough, and now they want the NCAA and College Football Playoff to recognize WMU as the winner? That’s an incredibly soft move. Yes, Michigan got one second put back on the clock. And guess what? Both teams lined up and played it. Michigan had to attempt a 60-yard Hail Mary. Western Michigan had to defend it. Michigan made the play. Western Michigan didn’t. If that ball hits the ground, nobody is still talking about this. The ONLY reason that second has become a national controversy is because Michigan actually converted it.

The Heat played incredible defense to force the Bucks to run out the clock in overtime. 1. Butler mirroring Giannis' drive left 2. Martin and Strus containing Middleton's drive 3. Vincent closing out to Allen 4. Strus rotating to Holiday 5. Highsmith deterring Allen's drive This lineup played a grand total of zero minutes together all season long, yet they were connected on a string in the closing moments. Amazing. Miami deserved to advance.

REALLY cool effect for creating lyric videos super fast with AI: 1. made a quick demo track with ElevenLabs 2. nano banana workflow that generates the "cut out ransom style" text based on the lyrics 3. used my transition agent to morph between them Voilà, all in 5 min:

Another one i really like. Forcing athletes to move laterally like this is a a cheap trick to get: 1) focus on getting frontside of carrier 2) stay square to defend the line 3) big focus on the hit and chase because can’t just sprint through the bag.

Here is the latest with the Extra-Point-Gate in the Torres vs Shafter game. Shafter is leading 42-41 Shafter administration/Torres Administration/ADs and the Officials will meet on Sunday at 10am with the CIF Commish Ryan Tos, and will have a decision on who will be playing Dos Palos in Division 4 Section Championship game on Friday night. Bottom line the Refs never left the stadium and knew they made the wrong call. The call should have been made last night that the ball was completed to an ineligible receiver (Center caught the ball) and the play should have never counted. Will the CIF do the right thing? Stay tuned

I watched so you did not have to and here is the breakdown!!!! Nearly 2 hours. Plenty of nostalgia. Plenty of vibes. Lots of feelings. But when the net was wide open for actual clarification? Dead air. Total time Chris Albert spoke 1,501 seconds Which is 25 min and 1 sec. So on an almost 2 hour show, he spoke for about 25 minutes total. Roughly 21% of the entire show The remaining time was largely filled by the hosts themselves frequently cutting him off, reframing questions, finishing answers for him, or moving the conversation along before he ever had to sit in discomfort or explain anything fully. 0 minutes of that time addressed the major unresolved timeline and movement issues Oddly missing from this fact-based discussion No explanation for how Colin got home 20 min AFTER Chris that night, despite a four-minute head start No explanation for why Chris’s wife that went to 34 Fairview with donuts for brian Jr. pulled behind a car that was not there only an hour earlier with no explanation then, turned around, came back to get him, returned again, stayed 30 min, then left, all on the morning John was found. No mention of parents allegedly coordinating to quietly clean up a house-destroying party involving minors in which his son was one No discussion of repeated allegations of Colin being removed from bars for underage drinking. We were told this channel is about facts, not opinion. So we treated it like a data exercise. We timed everything Chris talked about, so you didn’t have to. Here’s how nearly two hours were spent 2 min saying they tried to “let the court system play out,” while explaining his New Year’s Day Twitter Space tour and condemning Sean McCabe’s comments 37 sec on moving to Canton in 1974 35 sec explaining it’s normal to work in the town you grew up in (we agree) 35 sec on Canton no longer being blue-collar and now very expensive 44 sec reminiscing about red paint stains in his childhood garage was misrepresented by the defense 1 min on town politics 15 sec explaining what a Select Board is 50 sec on handling public comment and being a “First Amendment guy… to a degree” 38 sec announcing he’s not running again 25 sec on how he keeps his cool during public comment 15 sec on pineapple pizza 52 sec explaining Colin was 17 when John died and can’t play college football with his cousin 45 sec expressing loss for how his family has been treated 10 sec referencing a blogger saying “horrible things” about Colin 26 sec blaming the media for selling and sensationalizing a story 20 sec saying he’s mind-boggled 48 sec explaining why the term “McAlberts” is dehumanizing 28 sec criticizing Yannetti’s performance was upsetting to him while stating John was his friend 42 sec explaining the fence-straddling photo was a joke 1:50 on “Nebbercracker” and a childhood yard incident 10 sec about his wife bringing donuts to a nephew for his birthday was not weird 32 sec blaming Karen for making his family look like villains 1 min on selling his house and convincing his brother to sell 24 sec saying Nebbercracker was the best part of the trial 1:12 on knowing Michael Proctor but not really knowing him 10 sec saying he was never alone with Proctor 11 sec correcting the “pin it on the girl” claim (which we agree with) 1 min praising Jillian Daniels as a great family supporter and defender 1 min explaining early lack of support made him sad 15 sec thanking the hosts 31 sec discussing starting a “Defend the Truth” media page 30 sec saying both sides were horrible and doxxed people 24 sec on feeling isolated at first 33 sec minimizing the Proctor gift as “just gratitude for solving a murder in one day” 28 sec saying he’s still friends with the O’Keefes and they eat at his pizza shop 38 sec saying Mr. O’Keefe sits with him for long periods of time 43 sec lamenting being made into villains 30 sec saying the case took years off his parents’ lives 35 sec thanking supporters and saying “the truth is on our side”

Saw Modric laugh and I said yeah the ref is a joke. "Ronaldo and Roberto Martinez should know they don't deserve this win. First, they gave them[Portugal] a soft foul and then this. No this is the world such bad referee shouldn't be allowed. The ref should be INVESTIGATED

Some glaring mistakes our defense (secondary) had in week 1 Ole Miss vs Louisville that kept the game close: 1. Anthony Robinson is completely lost, has no idea where the ball is and sinks towards the middle with the ball carrier 5 yards to his right on the sideline 2. Ball carrier is 5 yards past the LOS and Edwin Joseph is still sinking back into coverage allowing a massive run up the middle 3. Edwin Joseph has no clue what he is doing and just stands there, MJ Preston bites down hard on the play action and lets the WR run right past him 4. 1st and 10, Louisville down by 7 with no timeouts with under 2 minutes left. Anthony Robinson goes to the RB on a flat, runs right past him and lets Louisville get a massive play when everyone needs to keep everything in front of them. You will see a common occurrence of 2 players in these 4 plays. Hopefully the guys can get this cleared up and get ready for Charlotte. #HottyToddy 🦈

A competition u can do on your own is tossing a ball & seeing how many line drives in a row u can hit to the back of the net. Helps w/ 1) Hand eye coordination 2) Controlled load. Don’t rush 3) Keeping hands up 4) Making contact on the ball to where you can create some backspin
