While this policeman was on duty, despite the heavy rain, other people stood back and watched him because there was nothing else they could do to help. Most of us, when we see policemen on the road, feel that they are a nuisance, but they are actually trying to ensure that all our plans are carried out peacefully. This means that all the Belgian staff present in Rwanda under this program will have to leave thanks to Maxime PREVOT threats, who will certainly find them new jobs elsewhere … they should try Congo after the Rwandan experience.
