Rare footage shows the MiG-29 intercepting and chasing the Geran-4 at extremely low altitude. In the left-hand footage, the fighter can be seen pursuing the drone close to the ground, while the right-hand footage captures the successful engagement and the MiG-29 subsequently flying over the burning wreckage of the destroyed drone. It is not yet known whether the Geran-4 was destroyed with an air-to-air missile or the MiG-29’s 30mm GSh-30-1 cannon. The interception comes as Russia is sharply increasing its use of faster, jet-powered Geran variants against Ukraine.

The STASH complex employs US-made AGM-114L Hellfire missiles modified for anti-aircraft role, in conjunction with the Israeli-originated RADA radar system. Such platform is installed on the Ford F-350 chassis. This air defense system is known to be developed by the American defense company V2X. It made its first public appearance in Ukraine in May 2026.

The STASH complex employs US-made AGM-114L Hellfire missiles modified for anti-aircraft role, in conjunction with the Israeli-originated RADA radar system. Such platform is installed on the Ford F-350 chassis. This air defense system is known to be developed by the American defense company V2X. It made its first public appearance in Ukraine in May 2026.
