To those commenting "that's what they are paid for" - No, a groundsman is not a replacement of paper-weight or a brick. Stadiums across the world use sandbags, velcro, hover covers, spikes and pegs. It is like saying you are in IT so cover the datacenter with hands during rain.

This is normal every farmer did some daily Rian or 1° to 48° in temperature
