🚨POGROMS IN THE WESTBANK: Armed settler attacks ignite West Bank villages as Palestinians fight back and Israel orders collective punishment. Israeli settlers launched coordinated attacks across several Palestinian villages in the occupied West Bank, setting homes and farmland ON FIRE and opening fire on residents. In Tell, west of Nablus, Farouk Ramadan seized a loaded weapon from a settler during a confrontation and OPENED FIRE in self-defense before he was KILLED alongside 3 members of his family. Villagers had tried to defend their community with little more than stones as armed settlers stormed the village. 🇮🇱 Following the incident, Netanyahu announced the DEMOLITION of the family’s homes, declared the village a “terrorist stronghold,” ordered new military deployments across the West Bank, more checkpoints and road closures, and accelerated the legalization and expansion of Israeli settlement outposts. Settlers also attacked Awarta, setting homes ON FIRE while families were still inside and opening heavy fire at Palestinians trying to stop them. In Far’ata, settlers advanced after being repelled from the nearby village of Jit. At least 7 Palestinians were WOUNDED, including 4 by live fire and 1 critically, while homes and agricultural land were burned. Settlers also attacked the nearby village of Imatin. Despite the deaths, injuries and the new Israeli measures, Palestinians later REPELLED another large settler attack on the village of Surra, south of Nablus. The 2 men KILLED during the confrontation were later identified by the Israeli military as serving soldiers. Palestinians say they had been leading settler attacks while wearing civilian clothing and carrying Israeli military weapons. They were killed after their own weapons were seized during the confrontation.

50% more context unlocked for Qwen 3.8 27b Q4_K_XL dflash 2 on a single RTX 4090 (24 GB VRAM) I found a hidden VRAM tax in llama.cpp. By combining my custom 2 bit DFlash 2 drafter with one overlooked server flag, I just unlocked another +80,000 tokens of context. Qwen3.8-27B is now running a massive 250,000 context at 75 tokens/s on a single RTX 4090. Here is the secret: By default, `llama-server` reserves massive chunks of your VRAM to handle multiple concurrent users (batching). If you are running a single user session, you are bleeding memory for features you aren't using. By passing the `--parallel 1` flag, you force the engine to dedicate 100% of your 24GB VRAM buffer to a single user. When we combine the VRAM saved by our Q2_K 2-bit drafter with the VRAM saved by `--parallel 1`, the context ceilings absolutely explode: Note: all benchmarks carried out with a massive 28k prompt. Ubuntu 22. ### THE NEW 24GB PHYSICAL LIMITS (Single RTX 4090): # 1. The "Repo Swallower" (Q4 KV Cache): - Context: 250,000 tokens (Up from 170k!) - Speed: 73.66 t/s decode | 1,608 t/s prefill - Peak VRAM: 23.8 GB # 2. The "High-Precision SWE" (Q8 KV Cache): - Context: 150,000 tokens (Up from 100k!) - Speed: 75.01 t/s decode | 1,667 t/s prefill - Peak VRAM: 23.9 GB # 3. The "Pristine Attention" (Unquantized FP16 KV): - Context: 90,000 tokens - Speed: 80.58 t/s decode | 1,699 t/s prefill - Peak VRAM: 23.92 GB ### HOW TO RUN THE 250K GOD STACK TODAY: (Requires PR #27342 + my Q2_K Hugging Face drafter) llama.cpp flags: ./build/bin/llama-server -m Qwen3.8-27B-UD-Q4_K_XL.gguf -md Qwen3.8-27B-DFlash2-Q2_K.gguf --spec-type draft-dflash --spec-draft-n-max 3 -c 250000 -ngl 99 --parallel 1 --port 8080 -ctv q4_0 -ctk q4_0 We are pushing a quarter million tokens of context with speculative DFlash 2 decoding at 73 tokens/second on a single consumer gaming GPU. I dropped my custom 2 bit Hugging Face GGUF links, visual performance graphs, and the PR #27342 build instructions in the replies below. If you own a single RTX 3090 or 4090, it is officially time to cancel your API subscriptions and let local silicon eat the cloud. how much monthly API spend does an optimized 4090 rig like this actually replace for you?

What is Pi App Studio’s New creation Pricing Model? Pi Network (Pi Network) has announced a major change to how creators will pay to build and edit apps through Pi App Studio, with the new pricing taking effect on August 24, 2026. Until now, Pi heavily subsidized App Studio for all creators. Under the introductory model, creators paid just 0.25 Pi to create an app and another 0.25 Pi to edit one. But Pi says the actual cost of providing AI-powered app creation is significantly higher than what creators were paying. That means Pi Network has been covering much of the difference. Now, after collecting data on how creators use App Studio, Pi is changing that approach. So, what exactly is changing? (1) Standard App Studio pricing is coming From August 24, creators will face a standard creation and editing price that more closely reflects the underlying cost of the AI services used. The exact price will not necessarily be fixed. Pi says it may vary depending on the resources required to create or edit an app. Importantly, Pi says it will not add a markup to the underlying AI service costs. (2) Some creators can still receive subsidized pricing The biggest change is that Pi is not completely removing its subsidies. Instead, subsidies will become more selective. Creators whose apps attract a sufficient number of real users can continue receiving the previous subsidized pricing. The focus will be on apps demonstrating genuine utility and usage from distinct users, rather than activity generated by the creator alone. (3) Pi wants creators to build useful apps This is arguably the most important part of the new model. Pi says not every app created through App Studio becomes something that other people actually use. Some apps are created simply for experimentation, testing or potentially spam. Continuing to subsidize every creation equally could therefore consume significant network resources without producing meaningful utility. The new model is designed to change that incentive. Creators now have a stronger reason to build apps that solve problems, attract users and provide value to the Pi ecosystem. (4) Subsidized pricing is not permanent or guaranteed Qualifying for the subsidy will not be a one-time decision. Pi plans to regularly review creator eligibility using newly generated data. A creator who does not qualify when the new pricing model launches could qualify later if their app attracts more genuine users. Likewise, the qualification criteria, pricing structure and number of creator tiers could change as App Studio develops. (5) Existing creators have a short window to improve The new pricing model begins on August 24, 2026. Before then, existing creators can improve their apps and encourage more Pioneers to use them. Pi specifically recommends improving an app's usefulness and usability, collecting feedback and continuing to build products that solve real problems. Pi wants its resources going toward apps that people actually use. At its core, the change turns App Studio from a broadly subsidized experimentation tool into a more usage-driven ecosystem.

🟩STAT, is one of your columnists, Adam Feuerstein, colluding with hedge funds?⁉️ ➡️In this post I'll do a cursory review of Mr. Feuerstein's possible collusive activities with hedge funds that are purportedly engaged in illegal share price manipulation. A May 2, 2016 article entitled “Is Adam Feuerstein the most feared man in biotech?” in relevant part, states as follows: Adam Feuerstein (Adam Feuerstein ✡️ ) often targets lower profile “small and medium-sized drug companies…” Further, Adam Feuerstein “isn’t shy about stating — without evidence — that companies are intentionally spinning data or hyping anecdotes to goose their stock.” (emphasis added) The article insinuates that Mr. Feuerstein’s articles move the market. The article: ➡️Let’s look at one such company Mr. Feuerstein has targeted and the statements he made, without evidence. Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. Symbol: $NWBO Mr. Feuerstein has been writing about $NWBO for over a decade. More recently Mr. Feuerstein released an article and a rash of tweets about $NWBO’s May 10, 2022 release of top-line data. Mr. Feuerstein’s article and tweets can best be summed up in his own words: “20+ years of investigation and a $1B clinical trial that failed to show a benefit for GBM patients.” See Image 1. Yet, a peer reviewed journal article from 73 authors stated the opposite: “In this study, adding DCVax-L to SOC resulted in clinically meaningful and statistically significant extension of survival for patients with both nGBM and rGBM compared with contemporaneous, matched external controls who received SOC alone.” (emphasis added) The peer reviewed journal article: In fact, before the May 10th topline data presentation occurred Mr. Feuerstein stated: “The NYAS symposium talk (now by Dr. Mulholland) will not contain any new data/results from the DCVax phase 3 clinical trial.” See Image 2. The topline data presentation can be found here: The presentation, despite Mr. Feuerstein's statement to the contrary, presented new data. So, what do we have here? $NWBO is about to release their topline data for a nearly 2-decade trial and Mr. Feuerstein is first falsely stating that no new data will be released and secondly, once the data is released, Mr. Feuerstein falsely claims the trial failed. It appears Mr. Feuerstein is trying to get people to not watch the presentation for themselves so he can then put his own spin on the topline data. ➡️What else occurred on May 9th and May 10th other than Mr. Feuerstein’s false and/or misleading article and tweets? We have the largest and one of the largest illegal share price manipulation days on record according to the $NWBO spoofing lawsuit found here: May 9, 2022 ☑️74 spoofing episodes ☑️Baiting Orders: 632,901 “The Baiting Orders successfully induced the entry of sell orders from other market participants, artificially driving down the price of NWBO shares by -2.623% on average.” May 10, 2022 ☑️100 spoofing episodes ☑️Baiting Orders: 2,883,387 “The Baiting Orders successfully induced the entry of sell orders from other market participants, artificially driving down the price of NWBO shares by -11.77% on average.” “Defendants spoofed the market for NWBO shares on both OTC Link LLC and NYSE ARCA Global OTC that day, driving down the price of NWBO shares from a high of $1.73 to a low of $0.3862. This decline of 78% in the price on a day with positive news about the Company was caused, at least in part, by Defendants’ relentless and brazen manipulation of the market for NWBO shares.” ➡️Were Mr. Feuerstein’s article and social media posts designed to give cover to illegal share price manipulation? They were certainly used as cover. The From the defendant market makers’ filing March 20, 2023: “NWBO also omits that on May 10, 2022—a day on which NWBO alleges “the market learned excellent news” about an NWBO clinical trial, and yet its share price suffered a “staggering decline . . . caused by Defendants’ relentless and brazen manipulation,” ¶ 64—an industry commentator published an analysis of NWBO’s trial data, writing that the results of the trial were “the antithesis of what’s required from any effective cancer treatment,” and actually showed that NWBO’s drug “perform[ed] worse than a placebo.”14” “14 Burck Decl. Ex. 5, Adam Feuerstein, It took years, but the failure of Northwest Bio’s brain cancer vaccine is now in the open, STAT News (May 10, 2022), The Court may take judicial notice of press coverage. See supra n.3.” See Image 3. ➡️Is this an isolated incidence of Mr. Feuerstein's article being used as cover for possible illegal share price manipulation or was the timing coincidence? No. A very quick review of Mr. Feuerstein’s articles show he seems to go out of his way to offer cover for allegations of illegal trading by hedge funds. ☑️Mr. Feuerstein calls the alleged $NWBO share price manipulation “conspiracy theories”. [1] ☑️Mr. Feuerstein, in referencing the allegations of naked shorting by hedge funds, states the allegations are “fantastical” and that there is a “non-existent hedge fund wolfpack”. [1] ☑️Here Mr. Feuerstein spends an entire article offering cover for the potential $NWBO shorts. [2] ☑️Here is another article where Mr. Feuerstein offers additional reasons for the “deep plunge in the value of Northwest Bio shares…”[3] ➡️Mr. Feuerstein went on to call $NWBO’s spoofing lawsuit "nonsense". See: Yet, a federal Judge in the Southern District of New York stated the trading in $NWBO stock bears “all these indica of spoofing.” [4] On reason put forth by $NWBO and their lead attorney, Laura Posner, for the extensive illegal share price manipulation is for the purpose of a naked short covering scheme: "And like here, the plaintiff alleged that defendants sought to benefit from their spoofing by obtaining shares at below-market prices in order to cover short positions established through a related alleged scheme of naked short selling." (Emphasis added) [5] ➡️Then we get into Mr. Feuerstein's unusual behavior Here is Mr. Feuerstein leaving a creepy voicemail with a $NWBO retail investor. See Image/video 4. Or how about emailing a university because a real doctor dares question Mr. Feuerstein's false narratives? See: There is more alleged questionable behavior, but you get the picture. ➡️Which begs the question, STAT, have you looked into this alleged behavior? 🚨 The CEO of Antrhopic said a one-person billion-dollar company will exist by 2026 sounds crazy until you see what non-technical people are doing with Claude Code right now $10-50k/mo selling automation pipelines that take 1-2 weeks to set up Some ideas almost nobody's running yet: 1. Proposal & SOW generator for agencies and consultancies every agency writes proposals from scratch or copy-pastes from old ones and forgets to change the "client name" Claude reads the prospect brief or discovery call transcript, generates: - branded proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables - quick win plan (how exactly we will do a good output) - SOW with payment milestones - pricing options (good/better/best) - follow-up email sequence charge $500/mo per agency agencies close 20-30% more deals when proposals go out same day.. you're selling speed and save them $1k+ on the guy who does it manually and anyway not quality, without personalisation 2. Job posting-to-intel pipeline for sales teams companies reveal everything in their job postings and don't realize it Claude monitors target account career pages daily, flags: - "Head of AI" posted = they're buying, not building - 3 DevOps roles = scaling infrastructure = budget unlocked - new VP of Sales = restructuring = old vendor contracts up for review package it as buying signals delivered to Slack every morning $500-1,500/mo per sales team this is data that Apollo and ZoomInfo don't sell 3. Support ticket-to-documentation pipeline for SaaS every SaaS with 1,000+ users has the same problem.. docs are 6 months behind the product Claude crawls your help center, pulls recent Zendesk/Intercom tickets, cross-references finds questions asked 200 times last month with no matching article drafts the missing docs in your existing format.. flags stale articles for update $1,500-3,000/mo retainer the ROI math: 30% of support tickets deflected = thousands saved per month.. pipeline pays for itself week one 4. Vendor contract review & renewal tracker mid-size companies have 50-200 active vendor contracts sitting in folders nobody opens Claude reads each contract, extracts: - renewal dates and auto-renewal traps - termination notice windows - price escalation clauses - SLA commitments vs what you're actually getting delivers a dashboard with "contracts expiring in 30/60/90 days" and flags where you're overpaying $1,000-2,000/mo per company CFOs will approve this before you finish the pitch.. one caught auto-renewal pays for a year of your service 5. Employee onboarding doc generator for HR teams every company with 20+ employees has the same problem.. new hire starts Monday and nobody has their docs ready Claude reads the role title + department, generates: - personalized welcome packet - 30/60/90 day plan with milestones - tool access checklist by role - manager-specific onboarding schedule - policy summaries tailored to their department charge $300-500/mo per company HR managers spend 4-6 hours per new hire on this.. companies hiring 5+ people a month will never cancel the pattern is always the same most people will use Claude Code to build apps a small number will use it to sell pipelines to businesses still running on manual labor only the second group builds real recurring revenue the niches are wide open right now because every developer thinks this work is "too boring" boring = no competition = you set the price screenshot this. save this. repost it to save a friend's next year

DIRECTED ENERGY WEAPONS (DEWs) While typical civilian access to DEW technology is hyper limited, AI gives more insight into the reality of Directed Energy Weapons as used in combat. However, this is not a very comprehensive snapshot of what DEW munitions really are. First, they are not lasers, but rather known as sasers (sound outside of human audible range) that delivers more than just excited photons as per lasers, but envelopes microwave radiation delivered through linear particle accelerators and amplified by square-wave (jackhammer) ultrasonic concussion exceeding 20,000 pulses per second, where each impact doubles in energy through secondary emissions for every pulse. Secondary emissions are created on-the-spot through Neutrino Events that harvests brand-new energy directly out of atmospheric neutrinos, turning them into new ions. Hence why saser beams deliver more energy to the target than anything short of a nuclear blast. DEWs also actively draw energy out of surrounding capacitors at the scene of the target as well as from local sources in the path of the beam. Microwaves excite the electrons within the target structure, such as car batteries and the electric wires inside homes, that causes additional increase in amplitude. Since the energy being siphoned off is focused in the zero point of the beam, that area creates dual opposing twin vortices at zero target forming a hyperbola in the center of the affected area where the energy collapses in on itself, sucking oxygen out of the air which then amplifies the thermal radiation only within that toroidal vortex area, achieving crucible-level temperatures in an open-air setting. This is hyper-accelerated by the coupling of the SBX-1 mobile Vortex generator that delivers oxygen to the strike zone with hyper-focused accuracy at up to 70+ MPH winds. Which is why target zones see hurricane winds out of nowhere and from clear skies without any clouds. DEWs generate temperatures that are vastly higher than normal house or forest fires; 1200F and 1500F respectively. A self-imploding DEW saser strike can generate thermal signatures high enough to burn terracotta roofing tiles (2100F), melt glass (2900F), and vaporize stucco walls that are rated to hold up for 1 HOUR under direct torch flame, rendering it to tiny traces of powder. Even the concrete slab foundations of homes in the Santa Rosa fire of 2017 had been incinerated and literally gone as if evaporated into the air. Since the air surrounding the strike zone becomes immediately depleted, fire will not be readily sustained anywhere outside of the hyperbola area (just the home or automobile), leaving brush, trees, plastic, within just a few feet away barely seared and, in many cases, totally unscathed altogether. Houses that incinerate all the way down to ash within minutes will leave no soot, or flame marks on white-painted homes as little as ten feet away as if there was no heat or fire present of any kind. It is important to note that a normal house fire takes 3-4 hours to burn down, leaving large portions of the home and contents behind unconsumed. DEW crucible vortex fires consumed homes down to nothing but white ash in Santa Rosa, incinerated within 20 minutes that I observed after pounding on doors in one residential neighborhood of 2 story homes at 2:30 in the morning screaming to get out, then returning to that same location less than a half hour later, with nothing left but smoldering ash. There is nothing ‘normal’ about DEW remains. Kitchen stoves, pots and pans, washers, dryers, water heaters simply vanished. The cast-iron engines in cars just gone with their aluminum alloy wheels and windows melted on the street. Since DEW sasers work through the delivery of microwaves (that are radioactive) through encapsulation within tachyons (like protective bubbles), the resulting debris fields of target areas are also left contaminated, similar to the aftermath of nuclear detonation sites. The sites where homes once stood in the Santa Rosa fire for instance, had to have the soil under the vaporized concrete slabs excavated and stored in radiation containment casks before any new construction could resume, as reported by locals there that were involved in the cleanup. The Lahaina target homes in Maui are still blocked off with absolutely no entrance for any reason for this same reason almost a year and a half later. DEWs have been seen pulling massive arcs from lightning strikes, obviously generated by the extreme excitation of atmospheric particles of the beam, as well as from overhead electrical wires that supercharge the phonon shafts that are invisible to the naked eye unless backlit from flame or sparks. This technology has been shown to cut full size military ships in half from high altitude delivery systems in seconds, rendering all previous forms of explosive armaments, including nuclear warheads, obsolete. All the military weapons delivered from the US and other countries to Ukraine in recent years were outdated and considered unusable in a genuine modern conflict and were therefore literally being disposed of to make room for other, newer forms of weaponry in armories here at home. In other words, they were merely junk. US dark and black ops have had functioning DEW assault systems in place for many decades already. While AI admits to Turkey using them in combat in 2019, the real date of deployment of DEWs goes back more than just centuries, but prior to humans' arrival to earth in 560m BC. A recent use of DEWs shown here from the Great Chicago Fire of 1871. An even more recent DEW ‘Tara Cleansing’ as they’re called, was the Great San Francisco Fire of 1906 that was blamed on a 7.9 earthquake. And yes, the HAARP SBX-1 hurricane generator is also an earthquake generator as well. None of this is new tech, just new to you. Satellite and antigravity drone delivery of such weapons are entirely remotely-controlled, placing no mil soldiers' lives on the line to mount a siege, making military battlefield loss of life virtually a thing of the past at this time. 8 things I'm doing to capture the "magic window" of my kid's childhood. For a bit of context: I'm 42 with 4 kids, ages 11 to 2, and run my own content + services business for creators. 1. I work from home Even though I own my business, I used to have an office too. I miss it sometimes (ok at least once a week), but being closer to the kids is a bigger benefit. I get to take breaks to hit golf balls at the park, fish, and play. 2. My wife stays at home Prolly worth a whole post, but this was a shared decision that was led by my wife. We wanted to have one of us available for the kids as much as they needed. She's a nurse, which definitely comes in handy 🤕 Also means she can start work again when she wants. 3. We homeschool I was homeschooled until 9th grade, so this wasn't a hard sell for me. My wife leads the charge here, but I help the older boys with math and other topics. One cool part is they have a desk in my office room too, so we can "cowork" together. 4. I coach their teams If my kid is playing a sport, I'll be coaching. We get to be physical with each other, learn teamwork, he gets to be coached by other dads and see my coach other kids. I also started leading jiu-jitsu classes in the neighborhood for kids and my 11 yr old helps me teach. 5. We exercise together I stopped going to CrossFit a couple years ago and built a simple garage gym so my kids could work out with me. Bodyweight exercises and GORUCK sandbags are the majority of our shared movements, but they also get to see their Dad being active and practicing good habits. 6. We're active in Church Another one that deserves an entire post, but similar to coaching their teams, our kids get to be around like-minded families, mentored by adults who care about them, and build a shared faith that binds us together. We also read the Bible and pray together each day. 7. I create content May not have expected this one, but when I started my YouTube channel a primary motivator was for my kids to be able to watch the videos when they got older. To see what Dad was thinking about, how I solved problems, set goals, etc. In many ways my content is a snapshot of our lives that has value beyond audience or monetization. 8. Leveraging AI AI has made me a lot more productive—I'd say 2-3x what I was capable of just a year ago. But a few months ago I realized I was just putting those "saved" hours right back into more work. If I was twice as productive, why wasn't I working half as many hours? I'm not quite working part-time, but I have cut back and used my new efficiencies for more time with the family instead of working at the same pace. ---- If you're reading this partly because this post is blowing up— hope it gives a little more context to how I'm structuring my life and work to be as intentional as I can with my family while being the provider they need too. It's a constant balancing act, more like walking a tightrope than balancing the scales of family and work. But I'm incredibly blessed to have such a great family and good work to do with cool people. Thanks for reading!

Prediction markets are creating some really strange incentives. As I was watching the “Will Ronaldo cry” market after Spain beat Portugal, my first thought was *What if someone was at the game, at a seat with a relatively decent view and close to the pitch, with their phone [phone with top end camera capabilities for arguments sake] and remained zoomed in on Ronaldo’s face while he remained on the pitch [yes he turns around but then I thought maybe you could have 2/3 of you at the game, in on it in different areas of the stadium] ****don’t take this market so literally, volumes weren’t massive [$1.4m+], it’s a stretch some of these arguments, but in lay man market terms, you’re creating edge. $ wise, r/r of actually trying the idea, just don’t look at that, rather the new dynamic of “gamblification” specific prediction market markets have created**** As we know, being there is 2-5 seconds quicker than live broadcast, so that’s the edge you’re trying to attack. On top of that, you can also try to “influence” the outcome. There are numerous examples that came to mind, the main theme still remains that you need *access*, but all are possible: 1. You’re the pitch-side presenter. Turn the interview into a tribute to their career instead of talking about the match - Ronaldo is still on the pitch, bet is valid. Takes 1 minute to research a game for Portugal that might trigger Ronaldo to cry. 2. You’re the stadium announcer. Give an unexpected speech thanking Ronaldo for everything he’s done before he leaves the pitch. Sure, requires official approval, logistically tougher, but possible. 3. You’re the stadium DJ. Play a song closely associated with his career while he’s still on the field. Like in 1., takes 1-2 mins to ask an LLM if there is a song or something closely associated with Ronaldo. 4. You’re a TV producer. Keep the cameras on his family and replay emotional moments while he’s waiting for the interview. 5. You have access to his family. Encourage them to come onto the pitch immediately after the final whistle rather than waiting in the tunnel. This requires a lot of access, but what’s stopping someone pushing the kids/wife onto the pitch a little more aggressively, even if they don’t want to. [mostly preplanned, but again, possible] 6. You have premium seats beside the tunnel or family section. Hold up a personal sign where he’s actually likely to see it before leaving the field [if in premium seats, given this market, unlikely it’s fully worth it - you get the idea] 7. You’re a former teammate or coach with pitch access. Make a point of finding him after the final whistle and saying something personal before he walks off. Requires immense access, participant likely doesn’t bother, but again, it’s possible There are loads more. None of these guarantee an outcome, and most probably have little effect. But, like the recurring theme here: it’s all possible. As always, waiting for the retarded comments, but just think. As always with some long form posts, just rambling. This is just the YES side, there’s also another whole story for the NO side.
