This animal control officer received a call that a dog attacked a child and tried to attack a second one. So the officer and his supervisor showed up. The plan was for the supervisor to tranquillize the dog and the officer would chase it. They showed up, found the dog, and the supervisor hit him with a tranquilizer and then the dog took off running and the chase was on. As you can see it was a very long chase but the officer kept pace (apparently he runs marathons) until the tranquilizer kicked in and the dog stopped and laid down. As he was walking by the tree they used to tie him up to, they noticed a formation at the bottom of the tree on the trunk and it looks so similar to a photo they have of him. My neighbor always walks the dog at all hours of the day, rain or shine. She has a huge dog she can’t control, it actually walks her most of the time. This guy here has no excuse letting his dog on a leash get away, that thing is tiny. Yet he thinks it’s the man’s fault that his dog got nudged. What would you do if your neighbors dog got loose and they blamed your dog reacting to it, he needs to get his dog under control and get a life.
